zoom video share not fuond

This is what happens when I try to share a video in zoom, it doesn't let me share. Is there a video type that can be shared?

    Hello,

     

    • Supported files
      • MOV or MP4 video file
        Note: Only the H.264 AVC codec for both mov and mp4 videos is supported.

    We only support H264 AVC now. You can use this app to check codec info of the video file.

      Restart your device or browser. Uninstall the app, then download and reinstall it. For macOS version 10.15 Catalina and higher, check your device's privacy settings and make sure that Zoom has permission for screen recording.
