When in a Zoom meeting on the desktop app one user will see all the thumbnails of the group scrolling very fast within the view of the speaker highlighted.  This isn't the normal view where the thumbnails are in the top bar.  It is within the feed of the speaker themselves and blocking part of the picture.  The thumbnails are also scrolling very quickly.

Resolved! Latest version of Zoom does not work on my MacBook. It just hangs.

When I downloaded the lasted version of Zoom on my MacBook, it just hangs.   It works on my other computers,

Hi All. 

Yesterday, I started a cloud recording and everyone in the meeting was notified.

I received the email informing that the recording was available.  Before I was able to download  it, I received another email that Zoom Cloud Recording was disabled.

I didn't renew the plan, but it allowed me to record.

Is there anyway I can still get the recording from yesterday back?

I don't want to renew the plan and from now on I will use the local recordings, yet I need a way to download yesterdays meeting. 

 

Can anyone help?

How can I choose which monitor holds which content? I'd like to have my shared-screen PowerPoint on the main monitor that has the camera, and the Zoom controls on the second monitor. I have tried everything including switching the monitors within Windows and nothing seems to work. Please advise.

used same Extension on ZOOM App & IP Phone Yealink

Hello everyone

we used Yealink IP phone & associated it by its MAC with ZOOM

if we used same Extension number on ZOOM App via Mobile & on Yealink IP phone

which one of it (ZOOM App on Mobile Or Yealink IP Phone) will Ring  ????

Recording quality

The recordings audio is 128kbps. This sounds poor. Can I raise the audio quality of the meeting recordings to, say 160 or even 256kbps? If so, how?

I accidentally configured my custom livestream settings to connect to YouTube instead of using the YouTube option.  I would like to change the settings for the custom service but when I attempt to go live with the custom option, I get an animation of Zoom connecting you YouTube and cannot make any RTMP or STREAMING KEY changes.  How can I change the settings to use my new streaming provider?  Thanks for any help.

 

PS - I am using a PC with the latest versions of Zoom (15.14.0)
