Trying to pre-assign breakout rooms for 1st time, when scheduling my meeting. It says participants must have an updated client or they won't be able to join. Clearly then .. pre-assigning wouldn't allow someone to join from the browser, correct? Does anyone know if the app is a MUST HAVE for pre-assign to work?

I tried a hybrid meeting today with some attendees and the presenter in the meeting room and other attendees on Zoom. It was a disaster. The problem was that when the presenter spoke into the microphone connected to the pc that was connected to the Zoom meeting, her voice came out of the speakers in the room that were connected to the pc after a very noticeable delay. The result was that people in the room could not understand the presenter due to the combination of her voice and the delayed echo of her voice from the speakers. We got through the meeting by unplugging the speakers when the presenter was speaking and having her yell to be heard by everyone in the room but that is not a usable solution. Can someone tell me how to setup the hardware to avoid the long delay of the presenters voice coming from speakers connected to a pc connected to the Zoom meeting? Thanks.

I have previously been able to successfully screen share and share my computer audio.  However, for the last couple of months, when I screen share and check the "share audio" box, the attendees in the meeting cannot hear my computer audio.  I've updated zoom, uninstalled/reinstalled, gone through every possible setting in zoom and on my computer - I can't get it to work!  Any ideas?

I'm trying to record zoom meetings on my phone app, but there is no record option anywhere! I've searched on youtube and where it shows that the app has the record feature, it is not there for me! 

I have an iPhone 14 and made sure to check that the app is updated, which it is. I just have a basic account, but this is possible on a PC. Is it possible to record a zoom meeting I'm hosting from my phone using a basic account? If so, can someone please help me troubleshoot? If not, what kind of account do I need?

Hi, when I login to zoom via the website I can see all my upcoming meetings. However, with the zoom app on my ipad all my recurring meetings are no longer visible. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, updated the iOs and it still isn't working. 

has anyone else experienced this issue?
