For work I need to share audio and be able to talk over it while recording the session. I use a MacBook Air, have a payed zoom account, latest updated zoom version for Mac, no error code when I launch a meeting > I join with computer audio. press record session go to share screen > advanced computer audio I play music through QuickTime (latest version for Mac) when there is no music playing the mic picks up on my voice perfectly When the music is playing the voice is not picked up of just slight mumbling is heard. So this is the problem. I have added screenshots of the audio settings. Would love your help on this behalf!

I'm trying to setup some laptops in kiosk mode (Windows 10 Enterprise) to allow users to get on a Zoom meeting (Zoom client, not Zoom Room). I know there will be a requirement to share the screen, but when I attempt to do it in kiosk mode, I get "Screen sharing has failed to start. Please try again later. Error Code: 105035" My guess is there is a permission that needs to be set, but I'm unclear on which setting(s) and where/how to do that. Any help here would be appreciated! Aaron

Hi! In the past we were able to share a video with no music, and play music from Spotify. Participants were able to see the video and listen to the music played on Spotify at the same time. Now, for some reason when we do that, participants cannot hear the music. Any thoughts? Thank you!

First of all I just gotta say I am not impressed. Trying to make it do what I want was one thing but trying to get help- geesh, it's almost not worth it. I downloaded the app for Kahoot from the Zoom apps page and it worked great for a day or two. Then disappeared. I don't have the apps icon on my screen- I assume because the app disappeared. Is there a way to make sure these don't keep disappearing? Alternatively, if someone could tell me the quick way to download an app when it disappears for no apparent reason, I'd appreciate it. I mean if it doesn't work and no one knows how to fix it that's okay, I'm just wondering how to keep installing it. Thanks

Hi I want to record a video of myself with close captures on .....NOT in a meeting just myself. How do I do that ?
I am based in NZ and when I send zoom meeting requests (via the zoom outlook plug in) to some of my clients who are also NZ based (so should be on the same time zone), they are receiving the meeting request for a completely different day (often the day I have sent the meeting request). Any suggestions?

I am recording staff development training. Our presenter is Deaf, and we have two interpreters. All three are spotlighted. When I record the presentation, I can't seem to get the Deaf presenter screen to record, but the interpreter is recorded as they are speaking. Can someone help me figure out the correct setting? I have tried them all and they all record the same way not showing the deaf presenters. Our next training is tomorrow and I have not been able to figure out which is the correct setting. Has anyone run into this issue?

How do I get Zoom Recordings with BOTH Speaker and Shared Screen in 1 video, not divided up.
I can not find info, and Zoom does not help.
Anyone have a clue?
