If I create a Zoom meeting in Outlook and invite someone to it, I can send the meeting invitation. As soon as the recipient confirms, he receives another invitation a little later. Sometimes even a third one. How can I stop this?
I am working with the provider hostpoint in outlook. Maybe this is also important.

Hey Katharina357, I would suggest first checking the Receiving email notifications to disable any notification emails coming from Zoom only. Not sure as to the hostpoint in outlook interfering with emails; however, curious as to how you use it?
Also, are you leveraging Scheduling privilege to schedule a meeting on behalf of someone else? And, do you have any calendars integrated to your Zoom account?

I resolved this issue with Hostpoint-Outlook combination (using CALDAV to sync) by unselecting "Synchronize items immediately after change" in the Outlook settings section of the sync profile.
