It used to be that when people registered for a Zoom meeting, the list was available to the administrator.
That seems to have disappeared.
Anyone know why, and how I can get that back?
Hi I have about 90 machines with various older zoom meeting clients left behind but they also have the latest version that we deploy with SCCM. I cant use cleanzoom.exe as I dont want to wipe out the users preferences and I have tried using a batch file with the GUID of the version i.e MsiExec.exe /X{6CE183FC-B543-492D-9DC1-8219A16FE987} but it hasn't been hugly successful , any tips on removing the old version and leaving the new version untouched? thanks

Many reports of the zoom desktop client crashing this morning on Windows machines, just wondering if others are experiencing this issue.
Hi, I have a question regarding zoom reporting. I figured out how to download who attended my class. My students try to enter my zoom class from their homes, and when I click "permission" button on my desktop zoom application, they can enter. There was a student who was not able to enter the class just because I did not notice the student was trying to enter my class. I was focusing on my class topic and was not able to see the button that popped up and showed who was trying to enter. But the zoom reporting shows his name and duration of time at the time of my class. Does the zoom reporting show whoever tries to enter the zoom meeting even if I did not click permission button and never had a chance to see their faces on zoom? Is there any article that can answer the question above? Shig

Hello Thanks in advance
I want to teach online and in the classroom at the same time, so I have equipment that can handle it (external audio interface - Universal Audio). This equipment is connected to speakers in the classroom so that the participants in the classroom can hear those participating over the network. My problem is that my speaker voice also comes back from the network and creates an audio loop. Is there any way to turn off my speaker voice from coming back and creating this audio loop from the ZOOM's application, so only the participants online hear my speaker voice? The participants in the room hear my voice live anyway

I have a number of Zoom events that I attend. Some are weekly, some are several times during the week and some are less frequent. It's handy to use the drop down box for joining meetings and just select the meeting I want. The problem is there is a limited number of slots for that drop down box. Is there anyway to increase the number of slots, or, is there a "meetings I frequently attend" feature that would store the "join" information (not the passcodes though) for easy access?

Hello I have a scheduled meeting for later in the week, I have been going into the link several times to test it to make sure everything is fine. Is this ok to do? Part 2: When I scheduled the meeting, I think I embedded the passcode in the link so participants dont have to enter a passcode to enter. How do I check if I did this? I did not send participants a passcode so want to make sure they can access with just clicking on the link.
