sharing recordings of your meeting/session

I have been sending recordings of pilates and barre classes to my clients for a while now.  However Wednesdays says the passcode is invalid????  I have no idea why.  I can see it.

Hello JillSandford,

 

My assumption is that the one accessing the recording may be inputting the wrong passcode. To prevent this from happening, passcodes for your call recordings can be automatically embedded in the link you share with your clients.  You can set this via your Zoom web portal (https://zoom.us/profile/setting) following the instructions below:

  • Go to Settings
  • Go to the Recording tab
  • Look for the description: "Require passcode to access shared cloud recordings". Make sure to have this enabled (blue slider). Below this, there is an option for you to enable "Embed passcode in the shareable link for one-click access". 
  • Do not forget to save
