I send email invites from my work Google Calendar, it shows me the correct account, however when the guests reply to the invite that response goes to my personal email.
How do stop that from happening???
This weekend I had a Zoom meeting and while screen sharing a video the video took extremely long to load and when it did load the quality wasn't good.
When I host a meeting, my microphone works perfectly if the speaker is the only one speaking. However, as soon as musicians start singing or playing instruments, the sound is garbled, as if the speaker and musicians are under water. This problem started 2 months ago, whereas previously the audio quality was excellent all the time. We have not changed our microphone setup or settings -- could it be a setting was changed by a Zoom update? I've tried turning on (and then off) 'original sound for musicians.' That did not fix the problem. I've also tried changing the advanced setting 'signal processing by Windows audio device drivers.' That did not fix the problem either. Can you help?

During Covid, pro songwriters learned that writing with co-writers anywhere in the world was easy with Zoom. Last week for some reason, out of the blue, I have a compression issue. It could be caused by a Zoom version upgrade possibly, idk. the problem: If I speak or sing, my collaborator can hear me fine but if I play a chord on an acoustic instrument or even a single string, the other person can't hear it or they say it's cutting out (on their end) so badly that it makes no sense. any thoughts on this are very appreciated, trey

Everything was working fine before new computer. Changed every possible setting without any luck. Monitor has video and sound built in and connected via usb cable. When musician plays music it cuts out on my end. Recorded video plays all sounds properly - any ideas?

Our organization's policies have changed and I need to make groups to allow certain employees greater permissions than the default. Specifically, I need to disable recording as a default and allow certain people the ability to record, with different retention policies. What I've found is that if I lock out recording at the account level - affecting all users - I'm unable to create a group that is then permitted to record. How can I create groups with permissions less restrictive than the default?
