Zoom Floating App

I used to see the Zoom floating app when I log in to Zoom. Now, I only get directed to the Website.  Why is this so?

Incoming audio only working for voice, not insturment

Help! I can only hear my piano students when they talk but NOT when they play! I don't know when exactly the app updated to include "original sound for musicians" option, but every since, I've had this issue.

I had just finished my class about 3-4 hours ago, I was made a co-host by my professor to start the recording. Since I only had my Ipad to record then, I did, and the only option available was "cloud recording". So I recorded as usual without the knowledge behind cloud recordings, and I thought it would be fine since I thought it'd be the same as local (meaning able to be used by free accounts), just a different place for where the video resides.

After a few searches, I saw that the host was the one who will still get the recording in their account if in case my prof's account isn't paid, and he proceeds to avail a license, would the recording appear or is it gone forever since the cloud recording was done while having a free account?

I have just started teaching using zoom. The agency have asked me to record the class time. I was given host and I pressed the record to cloud. I heard the voice and I also ended the recording accordingly. The agency has a licensed zoom that they pay for. I have a basic account. I clicked on the zoom link given to me to join the meeting.

I have tried going to zoom desktop and clicking on recordings. There is nothing there. I have suggested to the agency to check under their recordings, but they do not have it either. I was told that this wasn’t an issue for the previous teacher that I have taken the role from.

I am using an iPad.

annotate video recording: keep annotations from floating

When recording, I want to annotate a document with multiple pages.  However when I put in a text box or other annotations, they continue to float through the document.  How do I keep the annotations from floating through the document/recording?

Hi.  We have been using Zoom for two years (paid version). Ever since we installed the latest update the video and audio quality has deteriorated to the extent that it is impossible to use Zoom for our meetings. We are the host and our participants are complaining that they can't hear us well as the sound keeps breaking and that our screen sharing constantly freezes. We don't use wifi to connect to ZOOM and we have a VDSL line (100 download / 10 upload) used only for Zoom. The problem is present only on Zoom, as all the other platforms we use work flawlessly. Is there a problem with your European servers (Germany)? We use powerful new computers with Logitech HD cameras.

I know that a few of my colleagues have the exact same problem and we are running out of options as this issue affects our workflow. Is there a support email address that we could possibly use?

Thank you in advance.
