Hello. You can't share your chat window when you are in a Zoom meeting. This is by default. It could be a security issue if others could see your chat window. If this answers your question, please click Accept as Solution.

Hmn. Doesn't sound right. Anything on my desktop could be a security risk. I think it assumes too much to make that decision for the customer. We should have the autonomy to choose. There should be a way to toggle it.. at least by an admin.

Sign in to the Zoom web portal. In the navigation menu, click Settings. Click the Meeting tab. Under In Meeting (Basic), click the Meeting chat toggle to enable or disable it.
