I have been hosting meetings regularly, the last one was last Thursday, but yesterday, upon launching, instead of the regular screen with controls, I got a blank screen with only my ID and no controls (see screen capture). Attendees joined (in another screen) I could see them and hear them but I could not join my own meeting. I closed the meeting for everyone, created another meeting, same thing. I had to cancel the meeting. I have been testing creating meetings and launching, and still the same blank screen with no controls. I have updated to the latest Zoom Client 5.13.10 - nothing changes. I submitted a ticket to Zoom support yesterday, no reply. And I have another meeting planned for tomorrow Thursday. Any ideas, solutions? Many thanks.

After Zoom requested us to update, I am always getting an error that it cannot install the updates. I have to close that window and relaunch the meeting. waste of time and very frustrating.
What shall I do?!!!
My ID number is 6660000365. I already have the room and somebody want to join the room but they cannot come in because no password or pass cold. So please tell me how can I get it.
When in the Spanish channel, participants hear the English speaker, even when original audio is off. How do we fix this?
When will the simultaneous interpretation feature be available in the breakout rooms?
Hi,
I'm about to get onto a zoom meeting and I'd like to use my wired earbuds, plugged into my macbook, to hear the meeting. There is no mic on the earbuds. How do I make sure that I can be heard through the macbook mic?
Thanks!
Smee
I have seen others reply to a chat message, thereby creating a thread. I am unable to do this, and there is no information anywhere about how to enable this feature when I'm in a zoom room.
Anyone know how to do this?
I used to be able to require people to register prior to attending a class. I can't find that option anymore.
This was helpful as I could decide and prepare for the number of attendees...
Help!
Thanks
