Avoma Application

Good morning,

I'd like to know if the Avoma AI Meeting Assistant plugin application stores personally identifiable and other sensitive information potentially collected from meeting.  If so, then how? where? and if there is any documentation explaining this then maybe someone can point me to it?

Regards,

Hey @TechEngrArtisan

Avoma records the meeting for the host and participants if they have turned on the recording settings in their Avoma Account. Via Avoma settings users can also share recording announcements. If enabled, when the Avoma Bot joins the meeting it informs participants that the meeting is being recorded with a brief audio message. Certain states require 2-party consent, which means you need to inform participants that the meeting is being recorded.
Information collected from the meetings for the host or participants having avoma account is accessible only to it's users and Avoma does not have any access to such information.
