Hey all! 

 

I have my Zoom acct and Calendly linked...due to my specified timeframe on Calendly as 45 minutes for calls, the Zoom meeting I have tomorrow is set for that duration. Does this mean that my allotted timeframe for a call is 45 minutes and no more or does it only say that because the accounts are linked? I would like to have an additional amount of time as a buffer in case.

 

 I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

I am seeing if there is a way where I could list days/times that I am available to set up a Zoom meeting with an individual via the Zoom platform. Then send out a link to anyone, where they would then be able to sign up for one of those available meetings? Then it would send out the zoom link via email to both myself and the individual who signed up for the meeting? Does anyone know if this is possible. Let me know please. Thank you!

zoom invite comes up in delegates name after last update

When creating an invite from the manager calendar the invite comes up in the delegates name in outlook.

When I joined  a meeting today, hosted by someone else, I turned the video on. That worked for a short time. Then the video turned itself off without any input from me. I turned it back on about 10 times. It randomly turned off. I restarted the meeting and downloaded another client. Never could solve this. Never happened before. Need some technical help, please. Transcription on meeting identify

After my meeting is recorded and saved, I open the saved closed caption file and it does not show who is speaking only shows the time stamp. Can someone please assist me with this? I need to identify who is speaking on the transcriptions.

Hi there,

Is it possible to schedule a meeting and invite participants to the meeting without being a participant ?

I need to schedule a meeting for 2 zooms users, without participating myself.

 

Also, I'm on the basic plan with zoom, this means any meeting I organize will have a limit of 40 min.

However, I anticipate the meeting lasting up to 1 hr.

 

What can I do ?

Should someone else set up the meeting ?  

In order for the meeting to last beyond 40 min, must the organizer have an upgraded account ?

Automatically sharing cloud recordings

Is it possible to adjust the settings so that all users on the account can automatically view one specific user's cloud recordings without the one specific user having to explicitly share the cloud recordings every time?
