Hello, 

One of our groups is having issues joining their zoom meeting. When the host tries to join, they receive a message saying that a meeting is already in progress, when there is no previous meeting in progress. A participant does tend to join 30 mins before the host. Would this cause an issue? We tried deselecting the option to allow participants to join anytime, and yet the same message appears. Would setting up a waiting room help prevent this? Thank you!

Hi - I have read the system requirements for a blurred background, and from what I can tell, my computer meets the standards, but I still do not see it as an option.  I'm on a Basic package.  Is that the issue?

Hello, 

 

I was hosting a meeting some days ago and opened some break out rooms. When I closed the break out rooms and people returned to the main room,  they notified me that they could not see the chat messages that they could see before entering the break out rooms. 

 

Has anyone noticed this before? Is there anything I can do to make the initial chat messages be visible for people after returning from the break out rooms?

I recently moved all of my business communications from a personal google email to business email address through Outlook. I changed the email address throughout the Zoom platform with no issues. But when I schedule a new meeting, the screen that comes up to select the email account, it only offers the google account. The outlook account is not there. Consequently, all my meeting invites are still coming from my personal account. How do I correct this?

I was interpreting the other day. Everything seemed fine, but my boothmate texted me saying my sound stopped coming through and people were hearing the original audio on the Chinese channel. There was no sign of any connection issues on my end. I could hear the speakers clearly without any sound distortion. Video was fine too. It seemed the downloading traffic was intact but the uploading flow was jammed. Has anyone experienced something similar?

 

I know a colleague who had this problem on both her laptop and phone. So it's probably not a device issue, but rather a connection problem. I've only had it once out of hundreds of Zoom assignments but it still makes me nervous. It happened to me when I was using my iPhone with 5G data connection. My wifi isn't very reliable (like I would get ejected from the meeting and then automatically logged in again when working on my laptop). So I switched to my iPhone as my main device a while ago. It'd been working very well until this new problem occurred last week. I'd really appreciate it if IT experts can weigh in here and help me troubleshoot! Thank you!~

I have a Lenovo desktop with built in camera. I also have a USB connected Razer Synapse camera, which I mainly use for Zoom meetings. Since signing up to a paid Zoom account it seem like I've had nothing but problems with the camera's during meetings... Show more

I have a Lenovo desktop with built in camera. I also have a USB connected Razer Synapse camera, which I mainly use for Zoom meetings. Since signing up to a paid Zoom account it seem like I've had nothing but problems with the camera's during meetings (mainly at the start). Examples are that my picture disappears and the meeting recipient appears in both screens. It also white's out at the start and then comes back. I'm constantly having to stop video, restart video. It's very annoying and a bit embarrassing during meetings.

 

I'm on Windows 10 and use the Zoom website as the platform for meetings. I've checked the USB connection of the Razer camera and all seems fine. 

 

Any thoughts or advice would be greatly received.
