Error Code: 10004 when installing updates on a MacBook

Hi everyone, I need some help to address error code 1004 each time I try to update Zoom.  Can anyone explain what's wrong and what I need to do to fix this?

Problems with custom live streaming from zoom to Linkedin

I did the following to set-up my Zoom account to work with custom streaming to LinkedIn
  • I Signed into the Zoom web portal.
  • Clicked Settings.
  • On the Meeting tab under the In Meeting (Advanced) section, I enabled the Allow live streaming of meetings setting.
  • I Checked the Custom Live Streaming Service option.
  • I then opened zoom and there was no custom link to embed the streaming details from LinkedIn.

Can you assist with why this is the case?

Reoccurring schedule and I'm not the host

Hi, 

I was wondering can I schedule a meeting for once a week if I'm not the host? I have meetings every Sunday and want to be able to schedule them but I don't know how to since I'm not the host and cannot schedule them.

I am a musician. I have a macbook M1 and I use an audio interface

During meetings  - I have a microphone plugged into my audio interface and a digital piano.

The other participants can hear my voice really well but NOT my piano.

I have 2 inputs and whether the piano is plugged into 1 or 2 - others can't hear

But the microphone always works

Can't anyone help me ?

I am running Ubuntu 22.04 in a Virtual Machine under KVM hypervisor and forwarding the xsession over XDMCP to a thin client.  Zoom crashes when attempting to share my screen from zoom (running inside the VM).

 

Zoom version 5.13.11

ubuntu 22.04 (fully updated as of mar 09)

Hello! I have difficulties with recieving sound when other member of Zoom meeting share PPT with sound effect, music or video. Any type of shared sound is muted or abcent on my device / account except human voice. Even though other members of same Zoom conference can hear music and sounds wery well. Can it be fixed?
