Zoom doesn't work with my speaker, my Google and Team work just fine

So I can only use google and team, and I can't buy any zoom plan coz it doesn't work with my speaker.

 

I'm using Acer Swift5  laptop, high end, this problem occured 6 months after I bought this laptop. I've removed and reinstalled Zoom many times. I've also removed my audio software and reinstalled. I just can't hear anything on my speaker when using Zoom. Can anyone help?

I am also using Acer laptop and have in last couple of days find I am getting "failed to detect your speaker" message when trying to join or start a meeting.  Have uninstalled/reinstalled Zoom; am using computer speakers/mic so nothing to connect.  

Any advise / has anybody managed to resolve this type of issue?

Hi there, after a year of Zoom not working for my speaker and mic, I just solved this problem by following this video and installed Intel's HD Audio Drive for Display Audio. Follow this video, but at the last step if you don't find the HD option, just unselect the compatible list, find Intel, and install the HD audio driver here. Ignore the warning message. Then without restarting the PC, it works!!  Good luck!
