Converting from Meeting to Webinar then to Meeting Again - Any potential issues with the invalid ID?
Hi, I've converted one of the three calls from the meeting to webinar, then back to meeting again. Most of the participants had issues with accessing the link (by dialling in or via the zoom app on the desktop), but when they clicked on the hyperlink again, they were able to join. Was it caused by this meeting to webinar conversion? I have other remaining couple of calls that had the same back and forth conversion happening, would this type of issue could repeat again for the participants?
