I start a meeting and I have on the inset screen a picture of myself which is correct. After a period of approx 1 minute my inset picture starts to flash and the person on the other end loses my picture. If I stop the video and then switch it back on the problem goes but keeps returning Any solutions

Hello Zoom team, I am a teacher working in Vietnam, recently I and my colleagues were provided with an account under the educational system with domain names @moet.edu, @hanoiedu..v ..v this account is supported to remove the 40' time limit for online teaching due to the Covid-19 situation. But on October 8, all those accounts were no longer supported with the unbound feature, although the Covid-19 situation in Vietnam is still very complicated, we still have to explain. teach online. I am using my macbook and ipad air to record lessons. When i record the lessons i have this layout : as you can see about 15% of the screen is black (on the right and left) also the screen is "cut out" in the recording i want it to be like this with less black area or even none. how can i fix it? thanks!

Hello all, hoping for ideas on setting up a helpdesk-style waiting room with the following parameters The users/agents would each be able to view the same waiting room to delegate, but each host would maintain a private meeting room with the admitted client. To my knowledge this function does not currently exist in Zoom, but I'm eager to hear others' input.

I used to get a handy email when someone had joined my personal meeting room and was waiting. I could click into the link in the email and connect with them without fail. I no longer receive these. Now I'm always guessing if they are there or not, are they waiting, if I start the meeting can they find me, etc. I have missed several connections because of this. Has something changed? I checked my setting, the box to check to get an email when someone joins is still checked. Help!

I've been trying to activate email notifications for when people join my personal waiting room. It was working two days ago for one appointment, however, when I tested it 5 times by having myself and a friend join the personal meeting room it didn't work. I went through all the settings, changed and reset the email notifications and checked google also. I also went through all my gmails (that is the email connected to my zoom account) and it still is not working. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Is anyone else experiencing issues when trying to schedule a Zoom meeting using the Zoom client? I had one user with the issue yesterday and today I've had three more. They will click on the Schedule button within the client and they window will open like usual but the window is blank, no Zoom properties appear. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling client without resolve.
