While screen sharing during a zoom meeting I'd like to hide the video panel for all participants. How do I do this?

Hi @Carlene, welcome to the Zoom Community!

 

As a host you can prevent users from starting their video in the in-meeting security settings. My suggestions would be to disable this setting before you start the screen share.
