Connection
I am having problems connecting to an ongoing meeting. It has worked in the past but didn't today. I turned off my Galaxy tablet, I uninstalled Zoom and reinstalled it. I can connect with other devices. Any thoughts

What is the best way to motivate all the students? The answer to that question is worth $10,000,000.00/yearly for the rest life and a position at MIT, Oxford, University of Paris or any top institution of higher learning. However, I will try. 1. Know your students! 2. Be consistent. 3. Use a variety of teaching techniques (students get bored easily) . . . JW

Some of the audio plays, like the singer but not any of the band or background instruments. All of the suggestions I've seen so far are just copied from the user guides.

I am the unpaid secretary of a small association. We have peer support meetings that various members are trying to start at various times of the month. The facilitators are having problems starting meetings. Every time they start a meeting, someone has to be present to access the association's email address and send them the stupid email confirmation code. As an unpaid volunteer secretary who travels a great deal, I can't be available every time a meeting starts to get the code to the facilitator! Then, if the same facilitator is somewhere else with a different IP address, the same problem happens. Our members are really hating Zoom at the moment. We just had another meeting fail this morning as well, because, inexplicably, Zoom asked for a passcode to enter this specific recurring meeting, whereas it hadn't before in the past, so all that was sent out was the meeting link. ):<

since Zoom upgraded a few days ago I can no longer share screen (required function as I teach) - 'share' opens - and when I click a screen, it all freezes, then pop up says programme not responding - wait or close options. Can anyone offer any nuggets?

Hi, This caught me off guard, security wise. I received a report from Zoom of a former employee logging into our "zoom meeting" (a staff meeting) which occurred a year ago. Is there any information she could have gleaned by re-accessing an old Zoom link (I'm thinking she coped the Zoom URL from her staff email to her personal email)? I'm just wanting to confirm she cannot see who attended the meeting, or notes or recordings from the meeting. She was not an administrator of the meeting. Thanks in advance for any thoughts from other security minded folks out there! Jen

With the attached screenshot i have a total of 5 panelists and 15 attendees. Only one panelists name is showing. The issue of the panelists names disappearing seems to be a common problem. Can someone tell me how to keep this from happening?
