Zoom updates

Hi ! Is there any way of stopping the auto updates? Every time I join a meeting I get the update box first, Takes about 3-4 minutes, a bit annoying.

Is it possible to set a timer once breakout rooms have been running for a while?

We run training workshops. We set the trainees onto a task, visit the breakout rooms to see how they are doing and then decide how much more time they need to gain the learning. It would be great to set a timer at that point, not at the outset

Audio from clients

 hi, folks when people try and join my zoom meetings they get this message and have no audio.

This is new.

The meeting does not support dial in or Call Me." No audio options.

Being added as a host to another group's zoom

I am trying to be added as a host to a group's zoom. This is done under User Management in Settings. I successfully add my email and zoom generates an email for me to accept the invitation to be added as a host. When I hit "accept" , I get a long mes... Show more

I am trying to be added as a host to a group's zoom.  This is done under User Management in Settings.  I successfully add my email and zoom generates an email for me to accept the invitation to be added as a host.  When I hit "accept" ,  I get a long message that tells me if I accept, my zoom account will be merged with the group's zoom account .  I absolutely do not want to do this.  

I even tried adding myself as a host with an email I seldom use and is not associated with my zoom account.  No luck.    Any ideas?

Hi all,
I used to go live on FB without problem, directly from zoom, no set-up on FB side...
for a couple of months, I'm always rejected... message from FB "you are not allowed to broadcast"
Any idea why, what to do...

 

cloud recording retrieving

I was just in a meeting and was shared ownership to record the meeting but i am not able to find it to retrieve it.  Can you help me?
