Sharing recordings
Help!
My clients are letting me know that when I share the recording of our session they are NOT receiving any email with the link. How can I make sure they do?
Thanks

The microphones that we have been using are very unidirectional & eliminate ambient sounds, We want out church speakers to be picked up as well as congregational singing, etc. We use a smartphone to Zoom. I did try an omnidirectional microphone, which picked up a person speaking over the microphone, but wouldn't pick up a piano playing, even when I placed the microphone on the piano. Please help me find a microphone that can sit on the dais in front, Bluetooth to the smartphone camera in the rear, & pick up ambient music/singing in the congregation.

I have a Zoom Pro account. My cousin is tech-paranoid, does not want to download Zoom or anything. Is there a way I can include her (& others like her) in the family meeting, by sending her a link without her having a Zoom account? signed: Need to know fast

Hello I will start teaching a course next week. I have 16 students. one of them is deaf and I want to make sure she follows what everyone is saying. is it possible that we all connect in teh same classroom and mute our computers and then only the speaker unmutes the conversation? that way the captions will appear on the computer of the deaf student? thanks in advance I have no experience doing this.

come posso risolvere?
I am wanting to send a meeting invitation to six participants via Zoom, but need the invitations to be anonymous to one another (not to me). In other words, I want to make sure invitees don't see who else is invited. Is this how the system works already or is there a setting that I can manipulate?

Hi all, OK, so, Even when logged in as an administrator, and the account options allow live streaming, and user options allow livestreaming, I get this error when trying to stream from zoom to Linkedin directly, or from Zoom to Restream. "You do not have permission to live stream. (200)" The only thing I can think of is that in my account (3rd screenshot below), there's no check box specifically for linked in or restream....could that be it? Even though live streaming is enabled?

Hello, Simple question. I am joining a zoom call and ask permission from the host to record. He grants me permission and I record the zoom call. However, the recording includes both the host and me which switches back and forth depending on who is talking. I would only like to record the host even when they are silent, and I am speaking and not have myself part of the recording. I am sure it's a simple solution but not sure how to set to only record the host. Any solutions? Thank you.

Last 2 Zoom calls I have screen image from TriDef Smart Cam as my image when I turn on my video in my zoom meeting. I have tried to remove/uninstall the Tri Def App and reboot, no luck it's still there. It's like app took over my zoom call. Any ideas on how to remove? Running Windows 10 Home Device: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz Kind Regards, Darl
