I am using my macbook and ipad air to record lessons. 

When i record the lessons i have this layout :

as you can see about 15% of the screen is black (on the right and left) also the screen is "cut out" in the recording

i want it to be like this with less  black area or even none.

Hello all, hoping for ideas on setting up a helpdesk-style waiting room with the following parameters

  1. singular waiting room for clients
  2. multiple users/agents with hosting access
  3. separate meeting rooms for each host

The users/agents would each be able to view the same waiting room to delegate, but each host would maintain a private meeting room with the admitted client. To my knowledge this function does not currently exist in Zoom, but I'm eager to hear others' input.

I used to get a handy email when someone had joined my personal meeting room and was waiting. I could click into the link in the email and connect with them without fail. I no longer receive these. Now I'm always guessing if they are there or not, ar... Show more

I used to get a handy email when someone had joined my personal meeting room and was waiting. I could click into the link in the email and connect with them without fail. I no longer receive these. Now I'm always guessing if they are there or not, are they waiting, if I start the meeting can they find me, etc.  I have missed several connections because of this. Has something changed? I checked my setting, the box to check to get an email when someone joins is still checked. Help!

I've been trying to activate email notifications for when people join my personal waiting room. It was working two days ago for one appointment, however, when I tested it 5 times by having myself and a friend join the personal meeting room it didn't work. I went through all the settings, changed and reset the email notifications and checked google also. I also went through all my gmails (that is the email connected to my zoom account) and it still is not working. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Is anyone else experiencing issues when trying to schedule a Zoom meeting using the Zoom client? I had one user with the issue yesterday and today I've had three more. They will click on the Schedule button within the client and they window will open... Show more

Is anyone else experiencing issues when trying to schedule a Zoom meeting using the Zoom client? I had one user with the issue yesterday and today I've had three more. They will click on the Schedule button within the client and they window will open like usual but the window is blank, no Zoom properties appear. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling client without resolve.

I started to use the scheduler. When it sends out the invite after someone schedules a meeting, the subject line of the email has my first name in lowercase. ie: tina instead of Tina. I have checked my Google and Zoom profiles and it is all correct. ... Show more

I started to use the scheduler. When it sends out the invite after someone schedules a meeting, the subject line of the email has my first name in lowercase. ie: tina instead of Tina.

 

I have checked my Google and Zoom profiles and it is all correct.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, I'm creating a Zoom app.  I am noticing that I only have 2 choices collapse and expand.  The collapse is too small and expand is too big.  The user can re-adjust the size manually.  But I would prefer to resize it to the right size for my app by default.  Is there a sdk function or api I can use to do this.  I am using plain javascript.  Any suggestion would help.  Thanks.

On my macbook i can see myself my camera is working fine but when trying to join a meeting for my test my teacher is saying its not allowing them to see me on my screen it says the camera is turned on but theyre just seeing a black screen i have my camera, screen recording, microphone all turned on in settings and popups and redirects turned off so im not sure why its not allowing them to see me im not good with computers so looking for some advice
