Hi, I am trying to run a report on inactive users with a licenced account for the last 6 months. I have done this and exported it but the headings in the csv include Last Login which shows dates within the last 6 months. As the report was supposed to show Inactive users, why are there dates listed within the file that are within the last 6 months?

Most users don't have the mobile app or the desktop app and would have to go to Zoom.US to log in. I'm now unsure if the data is accurate.

Does anyone have any ideas?
