Recovering Old Recordings
Hi. I am trying to recover some recording which are nearly a year old. How can I do that?
These are very important work recordings. Is there anyway we can recover them?

Background image reversed on MAC
One of our team members has just begun using Zoom on her MAC. She's uploaded her virtual background image which displays backwards. When unchecking the "Mirror My Video" box, the background displays in her view just fine, but the public view is still reversed. Any ideas on this?

Psychedelic Zoom Video
Does anyone know how to solve the psychedelic video issue? It's been distracting for important work meetings. But I'm also starting a video podcast, and am very reluctant to use Zoom if this issue is going to continue. Does anyone know of better platforms to do a video podcast? Thanks

Where did my meeting go?
Hello. Last Wednesday, March 15, 2023, my pc crashed. I had to host two meetings from the Zoom app on my iPad. My paid Zoom Pro account is set to automatically record meetings and store them on my pc's hard drive. My question is: where did my recordings get stored and how do I locate them? Or did they not record at all since I hosted the meeting from my iPad?

How To Create a Written Transcript of a Zoom meeting

I'm trying to create a written transcript of the talks I'm giving on Zoom. The software should be able to do this, since it already creates closed captioning, - but I can't figure out how!

Screen has start breaking up during Zoom meetings. How to prevent or fix this?
The screen on my laptop computer has started breaking up (as if due to static or interference) at times during Zoom meetings. This is not happening to other participants, and can disturb them so I have to turn my video off. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to prevent or fix this?
