I'm having a problem joining a meeting on my Mac. It keeps showing error code 103054 when I try to join on the installed app, and then when I click to be redirected to the browser instead it says "The server encountered an internal error and was unable to process your request". I installed the latest version just now (5.15.2 (19786)), have restarted my computer several times, as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the app; still the same error codes. What am I doing wrong?

Hi folks, trying to get zoom going on my computer. I am registered and have the program downloaded and installed. However, when I try to open the program I get an error message that says "zoom.us quit unexpectedly" I can try to reopen it, ignore that message or send the info to apple. It does this every single time I try to open it. What is going on? Can someone help me get past this? Thank you. 

Our non-profit has a zoom pro license.  We would like to have other people besides myself to host meetings within our organization.  Is this possible with our Pro License?  Or do I always need to host meetings with different groups with our organization.  Thank you in advance for your help!

I have a Zoom pro plan and I'm having issues when recording videos. I need all 5 participants (including me) to be visible in the recording while screen sharing but only 4 participants are visible in the recording. I tried to change some settings but still only 4 participants are visible at a time depending on who is speaking at that time.

I clicked the gallery view but the gallery strip just makes all boxes where people are bigger blocking the PowerPoint view that I'm sharing but still only shows 4 people including me in the recording.

What are the correct settings for Video recording + screen sharing + all participants to be visible in the recording?

Hello everyone, do you know how do I record a meeting in just speaker and presentation mode (record just me and any screenshare/presentation and participants if they speak) without having the participants' thumbnails/videos displayed on the recording?

I attend a group telehealth meeting every week. There is a warning that Closed Captioning has been enabled by one user and a transcript of the entire meeting is available. When I questioned the moderator I was told that it is a bogus warning and not to pay attention to it. I have not given anyone permission (written or verbally) to record anything I say in the meeting. And I believe this is a HIPPA violation. Can someone please explain this situation for me. Am I actually being recorded? Thanks!

My husband logged in to a meeting using my laptop exactly one time. The next time I clicked on a meeting link in an email, it put me right in (didn't ask me to log in) as him. I thought for sure that wouldn't happen again once I logged out as him and in as me. But...whenever I follow an email link for a meeting, it ALWAYS automatically logs me in as him, even when the last meeting I was in, I was logged in as me. I have to exit the meeting every time, click on my zoom tab and log in as myself. Every. Time. I basically just can never click on an email zoom link or I'll be in as him. I have tried everything. I'm out of ideas!!! Could this be because his is a paid account and mine's a free account so his account (the ghost of his account?) is somehow taking precedence?? Or because he used zoom on my laptop before I had an account?
