I updated my MacOS zoom yesterday 10 July and used it as usual yesterday. This afternoon, I launched the client and all my already existing, repeating meetings no longer appear. Instead I see the four icons for 'New Meeting', 'Join', 'Schedule', and 'Share Screen'. If I login to my account on the website, I can see all my meetings listed there and can start a meeting and am then asked if I want to launch the client. If I do, the client launches with the meeting open. What has happened, overnight and when my M1 MacBook Pro has been turned off? Thank you for any thoughts and solutions.

The Zoom app has updated itself overnight, and in the process removed my Gmail integration and iCal integration, and despite trying to add these back in, the webpage refreshes itself back to the same place and nothing happens. This means I am unable to share calendar invitations with clients or add meeting details directly to my calendar. Please help!

For some reason I can only see one of my scheduled meetings on our PC now. When I log in to my account on an iPad or iPhone I can see all my scheduled meetings. I can start the meeting on my iPad and switch it to the PC. Problem is on the PC when I can't see a meeting I can't start it if I don't have my iPad or iPhone nearby.

I recorded a meeting last night but when I went to Recordings under My Account the recording is not there. I know the recording started because a participant in my meeting joked about being told the meeting was being recorded and having to hit Got It. Any idea where else it might have been saved to?

I had to make an accommodation for a participant on Monday to join by phone (we don't usually allow phone for this particular meeting), I'm not sure what I did but now I have no computer audio during my meeting since then. I'm using a macbook air and have triple checked all my setting and done an audio test. All appear to be fine. Any ideas what I've done and how do I correct it?

After installing the new updates on the desktop app, i cannot see all previously scheduled meetings unless i use the web portal.
Any assistance to see all scheduled meetings in the zoom desktop app
Dear Team, Till yesterday when i used to click my Zoom account, all the meetings were listed there. ie scheduled meetings for the week. This morning when i logged into zoom, all the meetings shows blank . WOnder whether zoom has taken all my meetings down or is there some problem.

Bonjour, Je cherche depuis des jours une solution pour faire un live sur mon nouveau groupe facebook. J'ai déjà fait des live sur un anvcien groupe et ça marchait bien ... Sur le nouveau groupe j'avais bien ajouté l'app zoom et j'ai l'erreur 200. Donc j'ai supprimé l'app pour refaire le paramétrage MAIS maintenant l'app Zoom est absente de la liste des app. Je ne vois pas comment régler ce problème. Vous joindre semble relever du miracle ! Soyez svp aussi réactif dans votre support que dans votre facturation. Merci bien. J'espère obtenir une réponse. Mme ZIANE

1. Set a cloud video recording to exclude the chat notes in the video
2. Set a cloud video recording to include a separate audio file of the session.
