I am trying to disable the "Require that all meetings are secured with one security option" setting but the toggle switch is disabled and gives the message below.  Please advise.

 

"Per new security guidelines, you cannot change this setting. Please contact Zoom Support for more information."

Record Meeting in Gallery View direct to custom YouTube link showing ALL Participants

For the last two years I've been able to record my gallery view, complete with those with no video, directly to my custom YouTube link no problems. I don't record to cloud or local. I'm always set as main host, so how I set my view should be exactly what goes to YouTube

Recently what goes to YouTube now is only a gallery view of those with video, so we don't now have a record of the non visible attendees. I've tried all the hide/unhide non video checkboxes in settings. Using version 5.14.6   Previous recent updates had same issue.

Zoom output

I do not have output on my computer speakers during a zoom meeting. I do get output when I use headphones or bluetooth speakers.  Computer speakers work with Amazon Music.

Audio

I teach a Spanish class on zoom.  I sent out music from Youtube and my students cannot hear the music.  Help please!

When sharing my screen to display a series of still images, I often encounter a situation where I change to a new image, but other participants still see the previous one. Refreshing my screen by minimizing and restoring sometimes seems to trigger a change for the other users, but sometimes not. This problem occurs regardless of what application I am using to show the images. I have not seen this issue when others are displaying their images, so I suspect it's somehow related to my system or Zoom connection.

 

Any idea what's causing this and what to do about it?

Resolved! I want to see who has viewed recordings to analyze the usefulness of recording and saving.

I want to see which members have viewed our yoga class recordings to analyze the usefulness of recording and saving. We consistently run out of space and would like to fix this issue ~ perhaps with not recording classes if there's not a great demand. Show more
