On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hi All - does anybody know if you can either remove the passcode to access a recorded zoom meeting, or if you can change it to something of your own choosing?
One of our staff gets this error message whenever she Schedules on Behalf of. This has just started. I have checked the settings of the person she is scheduling for - their Personal Meeting Room is ENABLED, and "Use personal Meeting ID when scheduling a meeting" is DISABLED. Has anyone else had this issue, or have any ideas?

On my iMac with the latest Ventura version, when using the Zoom app, when I start the screen sharing and choose the Chrome page I want to share, a small box pops with the green outline and then my user account is promptly logged off as if I clicked the log off button. I have to log back into the computer then. I've uninstalled the Zoom app and reinstalled it - and about every other thing I've researched - to no avail. Anyone have an idea which direction to look in?

I keep getting a message (see below) to leave a meeting and start a new one every time I try to have a Zoom meeting that I have scheduled as a Host. Any ideas what might be provoking this error message? This is preventing me to conduct my meetings. Any help will be welcomed. Thank you

I need to record a meeting and the participants list must show on the recording. I have been trying to get this done. But the recording does not show the participants list although I have it showing. I must have this for a class . Please help!
My family sent a link for me to watch my grandmother's memorial service through zoom. I started the meeting but was unable to watch it all the way through, so I clicked record. A box came up that said I had to get permission to record from the host. I requested it and he granted permission. My screen said "recording". However, when I came back to watch the recording, I cannot find it anywhere. I was not logged into an account when I joined the meeting. I just clicked the link the host sent to my email, my PC downloaded the Zoom application and then the meeting room showed up. Can someone help?

Earlier today, when I was captioning a meeting, the presenter played a video. Upon playing the video, the video took over my entire screen. I had difficulties exiting the full-screen mode of the video, and once I was able to, the captioning box that I caption into was no longer there. The meeting had to be interrupted, and the host had to once again designate me as the captioner. How can this problem be fixed? Thank you for any suggestions!

I am unable to let anyone in from the waiting room (despite turning off waiting room and enabling participants to join anytime). It is only a problem on one of my windows computer. I see something bizarre: Please advise,
Zoom is showing me as both the host and participant in the upper right hand corner (when you click "participants"). I have never seen that.

I have 2 different email addresses and I would like to use Zoom and Calendly for each email address. How would I do that?
I just purchased an extra license so my coworker could schedule zoom meetings also. These would be separate meetings and simultaneously from mine. Will that work or should I just have gotten a separate account for her?
