On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I keep getting this message (Your account has used 95% of the available cloud recording storage. Cloud recording will be disabled once your account usage reaches 100%. Purchase additional storage to preserve and maintain your recordings).

Just wondering if anyone can help me download my recordings from the cloud - as I'd like to use them later (to write some notes)? Thank you!

Can you embed meeting id and passcodes in a PWA link?

Hello,  We're testing out PWA.  Is it possible to embed meeting id and passcodes in a pwa link?  I would like our users to use Chrome to connect to Zoom (instead of the app) but not have to enter in a meeting id/passcode.  Thanks.

My laptop works fine. I now need to use my phone. I have latest version of Zoom. I have a free account. Android phone. When I am in a meeting I see no mute on the page. If I swipe left a new page appears and says I am muted but I am NOT muted. How can I get this to work and mute myself? The meeting host can also NOT mute me. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi! I am running into issues with recording Zoom meetings. I currently schedule meetings on behalf of others and set my Zoom account settings to send me a copy of the meeting recordings for the host. So far, I have yet to receive any of these notifications and/or recordings, and nor is the host. Is there a way for me to record these meetings as the scheduler even if I do not attend the meeting? I need to be able to send out copies of the recordings without relying on the host if possible.  As a work around, if I add myself as an optional attendee (but do not attend the meeting) and set the meeting to record to my local computer will it still record, or do I need to be in attendance?  Thank you!

I hosted a meeting and attendees were unable to join- got message "host is in another meeting"

Hosted a meeting last night and so  many people emailed that they were stuck in the waiting room and couldn't get in. Our Zoom host is very attentive, so that wasn't the issue. This was an event for which folks had to register. What to do?

chat timestamps are incorrectly displayed in the past

For one of the weekly meetings I attend, the chat timestamps displayed during the meeting are off by about a half day or more. It is not off by an exact hourly amount, but rather by some random hours and minutes, and it changes each week, always displaying a timestamp from about a half day to a day and a a half prior to the current time. The displayed chat timestamps are consistent during the meeting, i.e. they progress but just start with the wrong time. I am joining the meetings via a unique link provided by an email received a couple of days prior to each meeting. This does not occur for other meeting participants who also join from the same emailed link, and it does not occur in other meetings or webinars that I attend.  However, if I click the three dots icon below the chat entry field and select to save chat, the resulting meeting_saved_chat.txt file has the correct timestamps, although in 24 hour format. Any idea how to get the chat panel to display the correct timestamps during the meeting?

I am the owner and locked out of admin privilege

Hey y’all!  I am the owner of my zoom license and for some reason it has me locked out of admin rights to update things.  On my instant meetings it is making people have a password mostly on the phone and trying to fix this.  Thanks for you help!
