Video Problem on Zoom
When other people join my zoom calls, my video start jumping and buffering with green and other color lines in it.
What should I do about this?

Have you guys notice? how hard it is to find the download button? the website is for you guys to make more client right? why you guys dont give a user simplicity for download your App? and whats wrong with the apps these day, you have to wait between 25 second to 1 minutes to edit a meeting, or create a new meeting, ?

Hello I have upgrade the service from Zoom one pro. I have found that service upgrade has resulted the deficiency in the video quality. The picture are not as similar as before and the service resulted half screen size than the earlier one. Kindly do suggest to capture the video full screen through mobile while conducting meeting

I had previously set up a recurring meeting with registration. one of the occurrence had took place today but i wanted to stop the recurrence so as I couldn't get a specific link to send out. I changed the recurrence but somehow I cannot see the meeting that has taken place. It is not coming up in my previous meeting. Anyone know how I can get this back please as I need details of my registrants please. I have searched everywhere but can't see anything, I can't see any recently deleted tab either. I have the recording but not details of the meeting so I can get the details of the registrants.

I have recently had connectivity and performance issues with Zoom meetings. Others frequently state my audio is 'choppy' and I am being frozen and frequently thrown out of meetings, taking up to a minute to reconnect. Zoom is the only service with any issues and my installed version is up to date. I had a technician from my ISP come out and they discovered that Zoom traffic in my area is being routed via Washington State! I tried creating a support ticket, but I only have basic user access so Zoom closed the ticket immediately. I would think that Zoom would be interested in this as it must be effecting many other users. Any ideas on how I can proceed to get this rectified? Thank you.

I'm in the UK and recently my Zoom has started using US date convention (e.g. 21st of January is 1/21 instead of 21/1) so can I ask if there is a way to change this so it conforms to the convention that is held in just about every other country worldwide outside of the US i.e. DD/MM? Thank you.

I just got a new HP laptop with Windows 11. I had everything transferred from my old HP windows 10. I had to change my account password. After I hit join & enter the meeting, it doesn't progress & prompt me for a password. Help?
Helllo, I have delegate access on my managers Outlook account - this allows me to edit and reschedule meetings. As these meetings have the Zoom meeting embedded in the invite, I get this error message when I try and move a meeting instance: "Your settings do not allow you to schedule or edit recurring meetings" I have checked the Zoom settings and I can only find the Schedule Privilege section where I have my manager added but there doesn't seem to be a way to upgrade my priviliges. Most of our meetings are recurring meetings so this is a vbit of an issue as I can't effectively manage her calander. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? Thanks in advance! Luke
