The host chats with waiting room people for security. Most can chat back but a few can't and get an error message, and we can't figure out why. They may text me as my phone number is normally listed with zoom info for our organization. But not all know to contact me or they just get frustrated and leave. How can we figure out why some can't chat back and how to help them.

Recorded file　management

I can not delete my  meeting file recorded, because deleting function fleezed.

 

No audio on recording

We recorded a zoom meeting and everyone had sound during the meeting but upon playing the recorded meeting there is no audio.  What is causing this issue?

Our company pays $300 per year for whatever plan we have. We have two administrators - me and Art. Art set up a meeting with clients. But before the meeting started he had a medical emergency and went to the hospital. When our clients tried to get in... Show more

Our company pays $300 per year for whatever plan we have. We have two administrators - me and Art. Art set up a meeting with clients. But before the meeting started he had a medical emergency and went to the hospital. When our clients tried to get in, they got "Waiting for the host to start this meeting." I tried to go into our account and start the meeting. I couldn't find it - or any of Art's scheduled meetings - anywhere. So no meeting and we looked terrible.

What is going on? Why can't I access meetings on our on account. Also  - how much do I have to pay to get actual technical support from Zoom? Thank you.

Screen image starts to shake and eventually goes black only when i am on zoom.

My MacBook Pro, running Ventura 13.1, screen starts shaking more and more violently and eventually goes black. The sound is not impacted. This only happens when i am on zoom. This makes my subscription to Zoom worthless. Can someone help with a solut... Show more

Advanced Poll

Is it possible to give meeting attendees a link to an advanced poll at the end of a meeting, which they can then go to and complete after the meeting is ended?

I cannot join a meeting because I don't have a Commercial Zoom account.

I received a Zoom meeting request. However, I cannot join because I get the following message that I don't have a commercial Zoom account.

Feature Request - Automatic Shutdown or Sleep after Converting Meeting Recording is done

Folks:I often run typical zoom meetings for class and record to my local computer. Once the meeting is over, a dialog box pops up with the "Converting the meeting recording..." where it converts the saved file into an MP4 file. It would be great if t... Show more

Folks:

I often run typical zoom meetings for class and record to my local computer.  Once the meeting is over, a dialog box pops up with the "Converting the meeting recording..." where it converts the saved file into an MP4 file.

 

It would be great if there was a checkbox we could click at that point so that once the conversion is complete, it would send a message to the operating system to either shut down or go into sleep mode.

 

This way I could walk away from the computer and have it go to sleep after conversion is finished.
