I couldn't continue with the meeting

Please note that when I start my meeting , pop up window appear indicate the following " unable to establish secure connection to zoom"

open your browser to check your internet connections , this is my first time facing this issue , please help in solving this issue or recommend the solution for it

    Hi @Hany727060, I know it has been a little bit since you posted, but I wanted to make sure you receive assistance. 

     

    If you are receiving the error message Unable to establish secure connection to Zoom, follow the steps outlined in this article: Zoom error message "Unable to establish secure connection to Zoom.

    If you see the error "Unable to establish a secure connection to Zoom" when starting a meeting, check your internet connection, disable VPN or proxy, restart your router, update Zoom, and review firewall/antivirus settings.
