When recording a meeting, I'm used to receiving the chat, the video, the audio, and the transcripts. Today I didn't receive the transcripts. Any idea why?

When recording a meeting, I'm used to receiving the chat, the video, the audio, and the transcripts. Today I didn't receive the transcripts. Any idea why?
Hi all, My Zoom meetings started freezing every few seconds. It used to be so much better. My Zoom version is up-to-date. Just bought a new high-speed Internet. I don't have any similar products running on my computer. I even close all of the apps (including Internet, docs etc) all to no avail. I wonder if it may have something to do with my account provisioned in the US but I am located in Canada??? I could be connecting to the US server instead of the local one here in Canada. Then again, my Zoom experience was really good until a couple of months ago when all of a sudden it started giving me this freezing problem. Thinking that my 2-yr old router could be the issue, I got a new router. The Internet speed is extremely high. So, I don't think it has anything to do with the router. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance... Justie

Heads up: It seems installing the IT pkg version 5.14.5 for Mac erases the local prefs and database on app launch. The prefs stay in place after installation but upon launch it will erase the prefs, require SSO sign in again and to the consternation of users, erases all their locally stored backgrounds. The notes mention "Security enhancements" so I guess this falls under that, but kind of a bummer for folks with prolific background libraries.~/Library/Application\ Support/zoom.us/data/zoomus.enc.db

I am paying for Zoom licence and can record meetings. But I would like to have a transcription of the calls. I don't want to buy a 10 user license as there are only three of us in the enterprise. I understand that is the licence that is needed for transcription - is that correct and if so, does anyone have any solutions? Thanks, Rod

Two weeks ago i had several number of classes that were recorded, the teachers send me all the links and the passwords , but now when i try open the links I get the message "this meet doesn´t exist" , why is this happening ? can i do anythying to fix that?

I am trying to watch a cloud recording from a class that requires me to register before I watch so I can get credit for it. I have never had issues accessing it before, but in the last week I keep getting promoted over and over for my registration info - it keeps returning me to the screen. Any idea if this is a setting on my end that is preventing me from getting in?
