I have a business plan and I found out from this resource (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206122046-Can-I-host-concurrent-meetings-) that I can host two meetings simultaneously. My question is whether I can enable the 'join before host' setting for both meetings, so that the host doesn't need to join

I have a lot of meetings with 5 or more participants, and different people are much louder or quieter than others. It would be really helpful to be able to balance or average the audio from all the participants, so that I am not continually adjusting my volume to hear the quiet people and not hurt my ears when the loud people talk.

Hello all. I have seen various posts about this but none which fit exactly, so I would be really grateful for a fix. I have Zoom One Pro (paid) used on desktop PCs. We also have it on our mobiles, although meetings are always on the PCs. I have backgrounds enabled but when the other member of staff (small business, just two of us using Zoom) opens a prearranged meeting the background is not there. I have tried signing out and signing back in again. I have seen a post from back in March which suggests I should uninstall & reinstall Zoom. Excuse me for being non-techy but does this mean we both have to do that or just me? I'm the account holder. Many thanks indeed from Antonia in cool & rainy Surrey, UK.

I / My clients keep having problems with the access to my zoom meetings. Example: I set up a meeting in Zoom, and send the invitation via our appointment system.Meeting ID is always the samt. the passcode changes. That seems to be a problem and today I experienced a huge shame as the prospects were not able to enter the room. this is not the first time. Is it possible to have always the same passcode and the clients waiting outside the room to be let in? if so how?

My partner is having the problem of her name......her name keeps saying Gi and Kathy.. and she changed her profile name and display name to gi using zoom.us and it keeps showing Gi and Kathy when she gets into a meeting. It seems to work at first but then a new meeting she joins it is not changing. Is this a bug? We don't see anywhere where it says Gi and Kathy in her profile so where is it getting it from? Also I am the admin and the host of the mtgs.. and i have set up for the meetings: Allow user to change their name when joining a meeting (this is OFF now as I want the profile name to appear) (it was ON before but does not seem to change either way) and Allow participants to rename themselves (this is ON). HELP!!!!! She is getting really frustrated and I am too!

I joined the zoom through my phone too and wanted to share screen of the phone, clicked share, clicked screen. Phone has green sharing line Desktop screen says the phone has started screen sharing, but the screen is black. i have allowed zoom within the settings, but now I don't know. The phone took over the running the meeting too, that didn't help. this is Samsung galaxy 21. thank you very much for any help

Hi everyone, I'm receiving complaints that participants see a time lag between the video and audio stream. Contrary to most situations I read about, this time the video lags behind the audio. The video input is connected to my laptop (connected wired to the LAN) using HDMI and is fed by a Dahua DVR that in return gets its signal from a security cam that is configured in the Dahua DVR as an RTSP video stream (we tried analog but the quality that the security cam delivers over the coax cable is very poor). Both are connected wired to the LAN. The audio signal is connected via USB from an amplifier system that has multiple mics connected to a mixer. Anyways, long story short, the video and audio signals are out of sync. The audio (received over USB) runs ahead of the video stream received over RTSP and converted to HDMI. The mic audio signal reaches Zoom much faster than the video feed, which has to travel over IP. My question is whether there's a way to force a delay on the audio signal for say 500ms to get the audio signal in sync with the video signal. Thanks in advance for your help or suggestions.

I always enable a waiting room and then once the meeting starts, I uncheck "Enable Waiting Room." Today I had to consistently uncheck the waiting room but it did not work. Could it be the update?
