Recording to both local computer and cloud for same meeting
Hello,
Is it possible to record to both my local computer and have a cloud version recorded at the same time? I want to have a back up either side.
Is that possible?

I don't know about this app but it seems everytime a new update comes up, more issues surfaces. This has been an issue for me for a year now and they didn't seem to care to fix the freezing problem with this app. If you think my laptop is the problem, then you might be mistaken because I work as a servicing technician.

When window size is reduced, chat and raise hand features are in a dropdown. Is there a way to move icon locations so chat and raise hand appear in the toolbar by default.

Hi
I am a blogger. I need to conduct zoom meetings with my team regarding my Job related site. Can any one guide me how can i increase zoom meeting time session.
I did not have a paid subscription at the time of the last weeks zoom meeting in which I was a participant and not a host. Can I still watch the recorded zoom meeting? I do know it was definitely recorded.
Good morning all, We have installed Zoom for Lightning / Contact Center in our org. Anyone out there have any suggestions for generating Salesforce cases from Zoom calls in Contact center? I am looking to implement some sort of automation like flows. I am trying to make this as simple as possible for users on a call with a customer to log a case in Salesforce, or to log a case after the call is completed. Anyone out there doing anything like this? When we had Verizon they had a case modal that popped up during the call that users could populate during or after the call as needed and that would generate the case or not as the user decided. Any suggestions? Steve

I have been running exercise to music classes online since the start of the pandemic and since mid April 2022 my clients can no longer hear the music it cuts in and and sometimes unable to to any music at all. I have even upgraded my laptop in case it was the internal audio but this hasn't fixed the problem! This never used to happen and I really need to get it fixed otherwise I will loose clients from my music based classes I look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks

Hi.
I'm using Zoom simultaneously, in my computer and in my smartphone. I'm teaching students how to use the applications. During the meeting, I share my screen from my smartphone, while I'm also attached to the meeting by my computer.
There is a strong Echo while I speak. In some cases it can change into feedback.
I turned off my zoom microphone, also unchecked the smartphone's microphone. Also put down the computer's speakers and tried to hear from my smartphone only. It didn't get better, the echo remained.
Is there a way, I can do in order to make things better?
Hope there is...
Waiting for your kindley reply and help.
Thanks,
Boaz

I have noticed that for a week now my Zoom camera is not working. The light is on, the settings show it is functional, but my camera screen is black. I have tried every single troubleshooting option, I have restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom using CleanZoom, I have used Dell SupportAssist to troubleshoot my own camera, I have closed Zoom from running in the background, logged in and out, updated my computer and the app, yet nothing seems to work. I own the latest version of Zoom and use the integrated cam of a Dell Inspiron 14 5410 2-in-1. I have looked throughout the Zoom Community forum as well and tried every solution that I found, yet nothing works. The camera works from Dell settings just fine, but on Zoom it simply doesn't show it, considering it is turned on, the light next to the camera indicating so. Help, please?

I understand that you can block someone who was invited to a meeting via a link from participating. When that person tries to enter the meeting and use the link to connect again to the meeting, what does that show? Does it say you have been blocked from participation? The cyber chat did not answer this question. Thanks for the help.
