Hi everyone, When someone requests a meeting with me through Calendly, Calendly connects with Zoom and automatically creates a meeting. Which is great. But it makes meeting invitees wait in a waiting room upon entry, which I don’t want. I see that instead of creating a waiting room and making invitees wait in it, Zoom can instead send a meeting invite link that includes a password. That’s what I would like to do for meetings automatically created by Calendly. How can I do that? Thanks! -Scott

I apologize if this has been asked somewhere or is found online. I tried searching and failed to find it. I am a sysadmin and I'm currently in the process of whipping up a new script to install Zoom via MSI to my group, utilizing group policies for the management of Zoom. When I look at the management GPOs, there are a lot of duplicates between group policies and the zConfig parameters passed during install. My question is, do I still need the zConfig parameters during the install if I'm applying a managed group policy object to the Zoom application after the fact? Thank you, in advance, for any information or help you can provide! Best Regards, Matt Helton Illinois State University

I'm having a problem with screen sharing with my Macbook air computer Ventura edition.
The frame part of the screen I shared is visible. Why?
It slides back to zero no matter how many times I try to set it up. Works fine with MBP internal audio when Scarlett Solo disconnected.

When I use Dual Monitors and a Powerpoint presentation is shared, the small image of the speaker's camera is not visible on the top right. Is there any way to turn on the camera on the 2nd monitor, besides manually dragging the window from the 1st monitor? Thank you.

Hi all, I have a Dell with windows 11 on it as well as VPN needed for accesing my work applications. Few months ago I started getting the Unstable Internet connection error, while conected to VPN and attending a zoom meeting. What happens is that once I get that message, my audio cuts off and i am not audible anymore. Once i disconnect from VPN , it's all working fine. I need to say that my internet connection is good and the internet provider confirmed there is nothing blocking my connection, Please advise. It's impossible to attend zoom meetings while on VPN

I have two large meeting packages, one for 1000 and one for 500 participants.
If the other user and I are in the same meeting, will our meeting hold with 1500 participants?
Yesterday, I couldn't hear my clients during meetings. They were not on mute. My laptop speakers were on. I could hear Youtube and other applications.
Any ideas please community. I am on a MacBook.
Thanks, Judi
