I have been using Zoom for years with Bose bluetooth noise cancelling headphones with no issues on my fairly new Windows 10 laptop.  About a month ago they stopped working in Zoom; they work fine otherwise.  I can be listening to something on my headphones and as soon as I start zoom they go silent.  Inside Zoom when I test speaker and microphone and select my headphones I cannot hear the audio and it won't detect the mike.  If I turn off the headphones and select my laptop internal speakers it works fine.  I have spent hours trying to figure out what is going on via google and have not had any luck.

I teach online and have numerous recurring Meetings that I've used over the last few years, Today all the Meetings are points unknown. I swear I haven't pushed any "red buttons"!

 

I am resorting to my archives to find meeting ID's so I can meet with my students.

Everything was fine until I upgraded Desktop Zoom client early this week.  Have used Desktop Zoom Client extensively and exclusively for 4+ years for meetings and online lessons I teach.  Have reported this problem with my video screen freezing, but no resolution.  Chatted with support but their suggestions did not resolve issue.  Have uninstalled/reinstalled - but nothing changes.  Anyone have a solution?  Anyone have suggestions on how to contact a person to help resolve this.  Have tried all the "Feedback" and "Contact Us" and "Support" features but no response, no resolution.

Option "Call using internet audio" not showing on iPhone

TL;DR:  is "call using internet audio" not possible on iOS without Wifi connection? 

 

I'm trying to host a zoom meeting from my iPhone using the Zoom iOS app. I have a Pro account. When I'm connected on the T-Mobile LTE network I can do video just fine, but the option "Call using internet audio" doesn't appear.

 

When I set up the meeting to only use Device audio, starting the meeting I just get the options "Wifi" or "No audio". When I set up the meeting to also allow Telephone Audio, starting the meeting I get the options "Wifi", "Dial in" or "No audio", but still no "Call using internet audio".

 

Once I enable Wifi I can join with device audio, but the location where I will be hosting the call doesn't have Wifi. Did I miss a setting somewhere, or is this simply a limitation of the Zoom iOS app?

From past 1 week I have been getting disconnected from zoom meeting when the host or co -host starts sharing screen. My zoom is updated version. I hav being using my Apple phone to join the meeting.

 

But today I joined the meeting by using my old Android phone and there was no issue today. What must be the reason ??

Incorrect Passcode

My zoom keeps saying "incorrect meeting password" even though the password is correct, I tried uninstalling and installing zoom again and again but it won't work, does anybody know how to fix this?

Resolved! Language in my e-mail notifications has changed and I'd like to change it back

Hello - I am Australian and have travelled to Germany for a couple of months and the e-mails I get about people joining calls or for when recordings are ready to look at are now all in German without me having changed any settings. It's like Zoom has detected I'm in Germany and is assuming I speak German. Which I don't. Well not good enough to understand all of the detail. 

 

Can anyone help me to change this as I'll be using Zoom a fair bit while away. The main language in my Settings is set to English.

Zoom dumps new meetings into my calendar instead of giving me a link to copy and paste myself

I went to schedule a new meeting in the Mac App and normally Zoom would end by creating a link I could copy and paste into my calendar. It looks like they've (or I accidentally configured it) to just create the meeting in my gmail/Mac calendar direct... Show more

I went to schedule a new meeting in the Mac App and normally Zoom would end by creating a link I could copy and paste into my calendar.  It looks like they've (or I accidentally configured it) to just create the meeting in my gmail/Mac calendar directly instead of giving me a link.  This is actually making things MORE complicated.  How do I get it back to the previous look and feel with just a link and copy button?

I can't schedule any meetings for a day ahead or more from the PC app on my desktop.

 

I click on 'Schedule' and it brings me to a screen asking for attendees - then quite an awkward and fiddly start and end day and time drop down. If I put anything for the next day or beyond, the meeting just disappears once I press save.

 

This is a new problem as I was scheduling meetings last week! What's happened?
