After closing a meeting, I realized I did not check the chatbox. Can I still recover that chat session, even though I did not save it?

Hi, What should I do to ensure that people joining the meeting can join despite the Host's absence? I would like to add that the host is from a different company than the participants of the meeting. At the moment, meeting participants can only join the meeting after the host joins the meeting, otherwise the link to the meeting does not work.
Can I change it and how?

Hi, Have been using Zoom for some years now via a licensed profile through my company. I have installed the IBM Notes Plugin which has been working unstable in the beginning, crashing my Lotus Notes but that seem to have resolved. Lately I've been confronted with the plugin not recognizing me as a licensed user. It warns me I'm only allowed to do 40 minute meetings and I have to generate a random meeting ID instead of my own. Once the meeting takes place, Zoom is taking over from the plugin and then I can have longer then 40 minute meetings. I tried removing and reinstalling the plugin but the issue keeps coming back. Anyone an idea? Thanks

I use Google calendar. I have been using the Brave browser for the last 2 years and every time I would book a meeting in Google calendar on Brave, the little button showed up that said "Make it a zoom meeting". I just switched to Chrome. I am trying to get Zoom to work with Google calendar on Chrome but Zoom keeps telling me I can't register my account. Here is what happened: - In Chrome, I search for the Zoom Google calendar addon - I successfully installed the addon (see attached pic) - I am using the correct email address for my account - When I click on the "sign in" button in the Zoom sidebar to the right of my Google calendar (see attached pic), I get an error message saying my account can't be authorized - Nowhere does Zoom say why my account can't be authorized - Nowhere does it tell me what to do if my account can't be authorized - Zoom leaves me hanging What I am trying to achieve is when I book a meeting in Google calendar in the chrome browser, I want the button to appear that says "Make it a Zoom". How do I do that? Also, I have the Pro Plan. Do I get live chat support with that?

Hi, I’m trying to schedule meetings on my iPad, but it onlyseems to allow very quarter hour for the time setting. I need to schedule for 10:40, 11:50 etc, but it won’t let me. I’ve tried tapping the time, but nothing comes up to allow me to change the time to anything other than the quarter hour slots. It’s easy to do on a laptop though. thank you
How do you do it on an IPad/iPhone .

Hallo Zusammen, ich kann derzeit nicht auf Facebook streamen. ICh werde aufgefordert, mich mit Facebook zu verbinen(anzumelden) aber es tut sich nichts. Woran kann das liegen? Irgendjemand eine Idee?
Hi,
I am the host for meetings, for my company, and on some occasions, I have situations where an attendee cannot join a meeting as it's saying that the meeting passcode, they entered is incorrect, even though they are in fact entering the correct meeting code. I try to assist by suggesting all the following.
- Join via zoom app
- Join via browser
- join using meeting ID and passcode, instead of link and passcode
- join on another internet browser
- restart device and try again
I even try to cancel and re-register them on, but they still cannot enter.
They mention that they have join many Zoom meetings in the past, and never had issues. Unfortunately, they don't have another device to try join on, at the time of attempting to join the meeting.
At this point I have exhausted all options I know and had to sadly explain that they won't be able to join the meeting.
Are there any other options that can be tried?
Kind Regards

Hello! I am a Zoom Pro member. I use my personal room from time to time for delivering a few lessons. Today, I realised that I cannot find my recordings (local computer) inside my profile, neither I can get lists (names) of participants. I tried to follow the instructions for finding the recordings but they are not there. I am sure I recorded the lessons. I am really confused. What has changed in Zoom? And I do not know how to talk to a zoom assistant. Could you help me, please? Thanks in advance

When I record a meeting, I want system audio to be recorded, with the option to turn off microphone recording. I've tried looking at this page: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362643-Sharing-computer-sound-in-a-screen-share but when I click on 'screen share' I don't get the options dialogue box it talks about, zoom just starts sharing. If I click on advanced options, I get this, which doesn't help either: I've tried looking at the preferences but can't see anything about recording system audio. Would appreciate any help, thank you.
