Where is my recording?

I just recorded a Zoom meeting, and it is no where to be found. I changed the settings to download it into my downloads folder. It even said it was recording. This is kind of important! Please help.

Hello, I want to use 2 audio sources input (2 differents microphones) on a laptop. The option "Use specific audio input channels" as described in Zoom support note doesn't appear, so I use only 1 mic at the same time.

For information, I have 4 audio sources connect, 2 mic, 1 built in sound device and one other.

 

My desktop version client i 5.16.2 (22807)

How can I solve my issue ?

Enable close caption

As someone who is hearing-impaired, I find it tiresome that I have to request hosts every time to enable close captions.  Why is it not the default?  It is discriminatory to place the burden of requesting this on hearing -impaired people, especially given the fact that many hosts have no idea how to enable this.

Resolved! Turn off onscreen popup notifiactions during meetings

I want to disable pop-up notifications that show on-screen during a meeting. When there is a sound in the room, I keep getting a window in the middle of the screen telling me my mic is off. I want my mic off and don't want to be warned.How do I turn ... Show more

I want to disable pop-up notifications that show on-screen during a meeting. When there is a sound in the room, I keep getting a window in the middle of the screen telling me my mic is off.  I want my mic off and don't want to be warned.

How do I turn off on-screen notifications, or at least the one about my mic being off?

Changes to adding a recurring meeting

Good afternoon. Does anyone know why zoom has changed the creation of recurring meetings? instead of just one reminder in my 'meeting' folder I know have zillions of recurring meetings so now have to scroll for miles until I reach any other meetings!... Show more

Good afternoon.  Does anyone know why zoom has changed the creation of recurring meetings? instead of just one reminder in my 'meeting' folder I know have zillions of recurring meetings so now have to scroll for miles until I reach any other meetings! It's very annoying.....has anyone had the same experience?  Or does anyone have any advice?  Thanks

Meeting status

Our customer faced with an issue when meeting has status 'completed' but one of 15th recording has status 'processing'. Before we expect that it's invalid behavior. So if meeting is 'completed', that all recordings in this meeting should be 'complete... Show more

Hi! I need some help please! When I am screen sharing, my floating meeting controls (at the top) increase in size when the other person enters the meeting. I am then unable to access the "more" button on the right side. Consequently I am unable to click the "share sound" button. 

How can I make the floating controls smaller?..

Hello!  I have a Zoom Personal Meeting ID that I use on the regular for connecting with tutoring students (I am a dyslexia tutor).  I have employed it from my PC only.  Now I am wanting to utilize my laptop and would like to be able for my kids to connect using the same PMID.  I have tried it once and my student and I could not connect....no showing up in the Waiting Room per usual, and they receuved a message stating that I was not available and on another meeting.

 

What to I need to do to free this up?  Thanks!
