Error Code 3078 in Myanmar

I've been teaching a class for three weeks from the US in Myanmar. Tonight, the teacher received the error code 3078 and could not enter the meeting.  I set up two more meetings with the same result. I have read all the error codes I could find online and could not even find 3078. What does it mean and does it ever go away?

I also had the same issue with a meeting I'm attending. Apparently, it's happening to everyone in Myanmar. Some reported that they can enter with VPNs. Cambodia is also facing the same issue. Makes me wonder if this has anything to do with sanctions. Someone replied to the same issue with Ukraine with the instruction to check this list - https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203806119-Restricted-countries-or-regions but i dont think it's updated.

 

Edit - https://status.zoom.us says its resolved now.
