Su zoom (Versione 6.4.3), in una riunione sia non mia e sia mia, quando condividono lo schermo e c’è della musica (al di fuori di zoom se metto della musica si sente benissimo), la sento molto bassa, a momenti si alza a momenti si abbassa pur avendo impostato il volume al massimo, questo succede su iPad Pro 11 M4 da 256 gb, ho provato con altri account ma il risultato è lo stesso, ho toccato ogni singola impostazione ma niente, in assistenza mi hanno detto che il tablet non ha problemi, inoltre con lo stesso account di zoom su altri dispositivi funziona bene ma su questo no, ho provato a inizializzarlo si da impostazioni iPad che con iTunes ma niente. Infine ho provato ad usare la condivisione schermo su FaceTime e lì si sentiva perfettamente, cosa può essere?

"In Zoom (Version 6.4.3), in a meeting both non-my and my own, when they share the screen and there’s music (outside of Zoom, if I play music it sounds just fine), I hear it very low, at times it gets louder and at times it gets quieter even though I have set the volume to the maximum, this happens on the iPad Pro 11 M4 with 256 GB. I've tried with other accounts but the result is the same, I've touched every single setting but nothing works. Customer support told me that the tablet has no issues, plus with the same Zoom account on other devices it works well but not on this one. I tried to reset it both from iPad settings and with iTunes but nothing. Finally, I tried using screen sharing on FaceTime and it sounded perfect there, what could it be?"

Windows 11 Surface Pro Arm Device Not Responding

I use Windows 11 Surface Pro 11 Arm Device and the Zoom Workspace 6.3.6 (56144) always crashed and becomes not responding. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Using Windows 24H2.

Zoom crashing on Linux

Ubuntu 22.04.5, ThinkPad X1 Carbon w/ i5 and 16GB RAM  I have 6.4.3 (827) installed.  Zoom is crashing every few minutes.  I've seen KB0062684 and it doesn't help.  What else can I do?

It's not working and I can't find a solution. Chatbot says, 

 

"To customize the confirmation message with branding for your meeting:

  1. After scheduling the meeting, click the Branding tab to customize the branding options for your registration page
  2. You can upload a banner image that appears at the top of the invitation page
  3. You can also upload a logo image that appears next to the meeting topic on the invitation, registration, and email invitation pages
  4. Additionally, you can customize the confirmation email sent to registrants upon approval, including the email subject and body"

I have uploaded the header and the icon as I've done MANY times before.  THIS time no dice. I have a PRO account. What am I missing?

Default email for calendar service

Hi there, 
My hotmail address (which is also the address under which my zoom account is registered) used to be my default address for sending out calendar invites. 

I changed it to another gmail address recently and want to change it back to my hotmail address.

Zoom indicates that I can change the calendar by going to the Schedule Privileges but this doesn't work as it is only intended if other people are supposed to be enabled to send invites on your behalf. 

 

Otherwise, in the calendar settings, I wanted to add a new calendar and that should have enabled me to switch to the original hotmail address for calendar invitations. The issue is that when I tried to register my hotmail address, I get an error message indicating that I cannot register personal email addresses. 

Can anyone help?

Hi there, I've got this kind of issue. When I switch between gallery, speaker and standard modes in a video meeting, two of them randomly freeze and become unresponsive. I can still use the third one but I can't even predict which. Tried unchecking all the hardware acceleration modes boxes, tried reinstalling, installing 32 bit instead of 64, doesn't work.

 

I'm using a PC, video card is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER VENTUS, Win 10 Pro 64, Zoom version is 5.15.6 (19959).

Hello,

Some Zoom settings display the following message:

"Due to new security guidelines, you can't change this setting. Contact your account manager for more information."

However, I just registered for Zoom, and my role is listed as Owner in the account profile.

I would like to know why I am not allowed to change this setting.

Zoom thinks my meeting participants are in the Netherlands!

I've just tried to run a meeting and lots of my potential participants received a message to say they couldn't join from the Netherlands.  They were all UK based and lots of people did manage to join.  How can I stop this happening again?

Resolved! Zoom Meeting and Audio Settings Window Closes Immediately

I'm experiencing an issue where my Zoom meeting window closes immediately when I start a meeting. Additionally, when I open Zoom settings and navigate to the Audio tab, the settings window also closes automatically. 

 

My audio is working properly on other platforms such as Discord and WhatsApp calls, so this seems to be an issue specific to Zoom.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Zoom and start a new meeting → The meeting window closes immediately.
  2. Open Zoom settings and go to the Audio tab → The settings window closes immediately.

Troubleshooting Steps I've Tried:

  • Restarted my computer
  • Reinstalled Zoom (latest version)
  • Checked for any conflicting applications
  • Updated my audio drivers

System Information:

  • OS: (Windows 11 Pro,  Build: 26100.3323)
  • Zoom Version: (6.3.11 (60501))

audio settings not working

I was going into a meeting and when I connected the audio it closed, I thought it was because I had too many tabs in the background so I closed everything and restarted. When I opened only zoom I could enter but when I hit connect shared audio again it closed, I hit test audio and if I could my headphones worked while it was being tested. So I closed and tried to set the audio to connect automatically and when I went to settings and then audio settings it closed the settings. Could someone please help me.
