I have the "password is required" setting turned on and locked on the account level. My audio recordings are starting when the link to the recording is clicked - there is no prompt to enter the passcode. I am on Chrome. Tried both web and the desktop app. I tired turning on "passcode required" on the User level and admin level. Updated to the latest version of the app. What else do I need to do?

Hi @MB112, welcome to Zoom Community! The password that you have enabled may be referring to joining meetings and not locking access to your recording. You can enable passcode whenever you share your cloud recordings. For more information, check out How to manage cloud recordings from the recording page. Hope this helps!
