Can we opt out of this? I do not want this feature to be force Enabled in my environment.
As an Admin will I be able to globally Disable the feature after it has been force Enabled?
I tried to start a scheduled meeting this afternoon and I signed in on the Zoom App. When I clicked on the meetings tab, it said there were know scheduled meetings. I scheduled the meeting yesterday and saved it, it showed the meeting on the home page yesterday. So, I saw one of the participants had joined the meeting. So, I clicked on the join button and it asked if I was the host to sign in. Then I was able to join the meeting. I'm also having trouble emailing invitees using the zoom app. When I type in the name of the invitee it doesn't add their email address like it did in the past. So, I need to open my contacts and add their email address manually.

I am setting up private recurring meetings with a registrant list. I have enabled the authentication setting where users must register with a specific email and they must join the meeting signed into that email. This prevents any unwanted guests from joining the meetings. However, when I create an invite link to send to users, the link allows for anyone to register for the meeting on the spot and getting automatically approved to join the meeting. This defeats the entire purpose of having a registrant list. I cannot enable the manual approval setting because there would be far too many registrants to iterate through.
I remember the invite link only letting people choose from one of two options: sign-in with the registered email or to cancel/leave the meeting
How do I make it so the invite link will no longer allow people to register from it?

Hello, I would like to know if my attorney can request a copy of a meeting I attended with my employer for legal action? The zoom meeting took place less than 30days ago. What would be the protocol my attorney would need to request a copy? Only the host & I were participants and the host will not turn over to a copy because it presents incriminating evidence. Thank you!

Zoom has been crashing constantly for about a week or two now on my desktop computer. Every time Zoom opens, it crashes within a matter of seconds. I don't even have time to join a meeting or sign in; it simply crashes. I can't even check the Zoom settings. Anything I try to do, Zoom crashes. I get "Zoom quit unexpectedly" and I can send the report to Zoom, however it never gives me any indication why it crashed. The only thing I can do where it won't crash is check for updates. I've uninstalled Zoom (a number of times) using the CleanZoom utility, rebooted, installed the latest version (5.8.3) of Zoom again (ensuring it was the x64 version), and it still crashes. I've even attempted to install a previous Zoom version (5.8.1) and it still crashes. I've applied any and all Win 10 updates. I have Zoom installed on other laptops and they work fine. Any suggestions? Any way to find out why it crashes, like seeing a report?

I can't find an option on the web portal to set a date and time for a recurring 'no fixed time' meeting. If I tick the 'recurring meeting' option and choose 'no fixed time', how can I actually set a date and time for these meetings so that they show up under 'upcoming meetings'? Thank you Markus

Help!
My clients are letting me know that when I share the recording of our session they are NOT receiving any email with the link. How can I make sure they do?
Thanks
I have a Basic account. I'm trying to import a personal contacts file. I've created a csv file using the format in the download sample. After I've selected the file, I click on Upload, and get this message "User not login." What does it mean? I asked for help on the Chat line, and the answer there gave me a completely different csv format, so I also tried a new csv file in that format, but the result was the same. What am I doing wrong?

The microphones that we have been using are very unidirectional & eliminate ambient sounds, We want out church speakers to be picked up as well as congregational singing, etc. We use a smartphone to Zoom. I did try an omnidirectional microphone, which picked up a person speaking over the microphone, but wouldn't pick up a piano playing, even when I placed the microphone on the piano. Please help me find a microphone that can sit on the dais in front, Bluetooth to the smartphone camera in the rear, & pick up ambient music/singing in the congregation.
