Dear all,

i found a description how to record the video of the host only, but there are no options to follow. it says that i can only change it before recording and after starting a zoom meeting, and then going to participants and then participant settings. i don't see the settings. i have basic as well as professional account. 

how can i make the setting in the german account if it differs from other countries?

 

my decoration that does not work is the following in german:

 

Um sicherzustellen, dass in der Aufzeichnung nur der Host und keine anderen Teilnehmer zu sehen sind, kannst du die "Nur den Host aufnehmen" -Einstellung in Zoom aktivieren. Hier ist, wie du das machst:

 
1. Starte eine Zoom-Sitzung als Host.
2. Klicke auf das Symbol "Teilnehmer" in der Zoom-Steuerleiste.
3. In der Teilnehmerliste, klicke auf "Teilnehmer verwalten".
4. In dem Fenster, das sich öffnet, gehe zu "Erweiterte Optionen" und stelle sicher, dass die Option "Nur den Host aufnehmen" aktiviert ist.
5. Jetzt wird die Aufzeichnung deiner Zoom-Sitzung nur das Video des Hosts enthalten, und die Videos der anderen Teilnehmer werden nicht aufgezeichnet.
 
Bitte beachte, dass diese Einstellung vor Beginn der Aufzeichnung aktiviert werden muss, da sie sich nicht nachträglich ändern lässt. Sobald die Aufzeichnung gestartet ist, werden nur der Host und keine anderen Teilnehmer aufgezeichnet.

I just bought a zoom account in Philippine but my friends in China can't attend the meeting.

I live in Philippine. The error code is 13215. Please tell me how to solve it.

hi, my colleagues in Taiwan and can join meeting successfully. however, those in China cannot reach us. is it ZOOM's sales policy ? Or you are capable of giving us some technical support ? Thx

I am using a work account as a teacher. I accidentally entered a link that i opened in Microsoft teams and now i cannot delete it, can you please help me?  I want to add an screenshot but I cannot find the attach button to add it

I know what you're thinking: don't forget to turn off your blur background filter.  The crazy thing is: this is a fresh install of Zoom and the background filters aren't even installed, let alone enabled.

 

Here's what I've tried:

 

As stated in the title, I've used both a default install of Camo Studio as well as EpochCam and both produce the same result.  When I look at the camera output in Camo Studio, the background is crystal clear, however at the same time it's blurred on Zoom.  I've also tried using OBS as an intermediate, to see if the problem is between Camo Studio and Zoom.  However this produces a clear background in OBS and the blurry one remains in Zoom.  What's interesting is I've tried adding a window to the camera feed in OBS and when it arrives on Zoom this too is blurred.

 

I've also tried capturing the output from all of the above in Quicktime.  This produces video with a clear background.

 

At this point I'm totally scratching my head, the only place I can find where this effect is present in in Zoom itself.  Here's the equipment I'm attempting this on:

M1 Mac mini - MacOS 12.0.1

Iphone 11 - IOS 15.2

Apple Silicon version of Zoom - 5.8.6 (2879)

Volume resets to zero with USB Audio Interface

I use a Shure SM58 microphone connected to an M-Audio M-Track Duo USB audio interface on my Mac (Monterey OS X 12.3) and for the last few weeks can no longer use it with Zoom. Any time I select the USB interface, the volume slider in Zoom resets to zero. If I turn off auto-volume, the slider stays at the bottom. I can manually drag it to the right but then it pops back to zero as soon as I let go of the pointer. This doesn't happen with any other applications, just Zoom.

 

The only solution so far is to use my Mac's built-in audio. I've restarted, updated the OS, removed and reinstalled Zoom with no change.

slide management when screen sharing stops and starts

I share screen to show presentation slides, using the slides as background. When I stop sharing and then start, the slide show goes back to the first slide instead of where I left off. How can I change that so I don't have to scroll through previous ... Show more
