fuzzy!
Hi, when I use Zoom, anyone I talk to appears pixilated. It's like weird old-school TV fuzz. UNLESS I use group chat and click on comment, in which case it stops. I hate it. Please help me fix this

During a one-on-one foreign language lesson on a zoom meeting, when the teacher shares her screen, when I speak my voice comes back to me on a slight delay (one second or so). A word spoken alone usually doesn't come back. But anything more than 2 words does. This does not happen when screen share is stopped. Nor does this happen on other zooms I do where the other participant shares her screen share. The teacher does not hear any echo or otherwise know this is happening, except after I told her. The teacher says no one else has complained of this issue -- she does private lessons with four other students on zoom as well. I am on a laptop, using system speaker and microphone. I have tried using an external mic, turning off original sound, and asking the teacher to mute while I speak (I thought this may have worked once, but it did not the last time she muted her zoom -- I saw the red mute symbol go on). None have worked. I gather that this is likely because my voice coming through her speaker is then picked up by her microphone, and then sent back to me on delay. The recommendation I have received is to get the teacher to wear a headset, but that is not happening. I have tried a suggestion on reddit, which was to go into Zoom Audio - Advanced and set Signal processing by Windows audio device drivers to "Off (Windows - raw)" but that also has not helped. I welcome suggestions. If there's anything I can do on my side, that would be ideal. I could probably make a few requests of tweaks on her sound, but my ability to do so is somewhat limited. I don't know if there are echo cancellation settings, or anything else I can request of her (ideally, simple and easy for follow).

Why do I have to wait 10 minutes before resuming hosting my meeting? I am unable to re-enter the meeting I was hosting after the 40 minute call limit kicked in. This has happened twice today, in two different meetings, I receive a message telling me I have to wait 10 minutes before I can resume hosting. Can you verify that this is now what you are officially doing? Are you now forcing people to either purchase a subscription or to look for other free video hosting communication platforms?

Hi, How to allow an Ipad tablet user to manipulate the screen of the host of a meeting who is sharing his screen on his PC? Thanks
I myself use a PC. One of my clients uses an Ipad. It can't take control of my mouse or act on my screen. How to solve this problem?

I have tried to create a reoccurring meeting that uses the same ID and password. I have tried all the options discussed and guess what, I cannot find the field in zoom, logged in on my computer that allows me to do this. Please explain how this works. I have many customers and sending them a new login for every meeting every day is not an option.

I logged into my account through my web browser and was going to edit one of my recurring meetings, only to find that 2 different recurring meetings are missing. They are not in the upcoming schedule, nor the previous meeting list. However, if I click on the link to join either of them, I can get in, and it shows me as the host, but I cannot edit the meeting, nor can I see it anywhere in my zoom account. If I record in the meeting, the recording shows up under reports, however, still, I can only access it as if I am a guest. I cannot access it to edit or share the invitation from either my web browser, nor my PC app.

I am a solo professional, semi-retired. I schedule and host/conduct a LOT of meetings using my Zoom Pro account -- family, personal friends, small social groups, professional colleagues or committees, my consulting business clients, book club, my little Landmark study group, etc. In fact, I basically use Zoom instead of the phone! I would GREATLY prefer it if Zoom would recognize all of my email addresses, since I would prefer to use the one that each group is familiar with. Today, I saw that I could add other people to my account as "members" -- but they will just be "basic members". I want ME -- in all my guises -- to be able to invite/host Zoom meetings. Is this possible?

Hi there, I want to enable co-host features and I read the article below. However, when I go to the setting page, I don't even see that there is a toggle option for "co-host". I understand you need to have a pro account to enable co-host, but I don't even see that option available there. Why? https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066640 Mr. Wong

I have a problem where I was the co-host of the zoom meeting. Then, I recorded the breakout room and it went fine. But, I didn't realize that I have insufficient memory so the zoom give me a warning when I leave the meeting. I left and clean up my memory. It said that I can retrieve my local recording in the meeting section, and I already searched for it. But it doesn't appear until now. What can I do?
