I have the latest version of the application. My name is written correctly on my profile, but when I join a conference, strange characters appear. This only happens on Zoom. My name is in Ukrainian and I need it to be displayed correctly In conference is like that:

When entering a Zoom conference, unknown characters appeared instead of my first and last name. Another participant who also had unknown symbols was also present at the conference
When I schedule a meeting using the Zoom Desktop App, it shows in the app, but not on my calendar (email associated with account) or the invitees calendar. Emails regarding meeting are also not received. The only place I can see the scheduled meeting is on the app; there for, I have to created an event on my calendar with the details copied from the app and then email participants. I assume this is a faulty setting, but I cannot find it.

Please can anyone help me get me camera back working in a breakout room. This problem has just started today. I have tried leaving the meeting and going back in and this did not change it
I was invited to a meeting today and added as co-host. I recorded the session on cloud and it showed the session was being recorded. It's been over 7 hours and there is no recording under "cloud recordings" in my account profile. Please how can this recording be retrieved? Thanks.

Zoom version: 5.16.5
I am wondering, how I can configure the meeting controls.
Why? Because I can use just a part of the screen for the zoom meeting window and there are several controls, we do not need for our meetings, while others "disappear" in the 'More...' button.
Therefore I would like to configure, which controls should be visible outside the 'More...' button.
Or at least to configure the order of the controls; this way I could ensure, that our really needed controls would be displayed first.

I have deleted all the previously recorded files from cloud recording and there is not a single recorded file in the cloud anymore. Still, the cloud recording shows overused (9.79 GB (196% used) of 5 GB) and the new recordings on the cloud have been disabled.
