Video disabled only for person speaking when in gallery view

When in gallery view during a meeting, the video is disabled for the person speaking (only when the person is speaking). Other participants' videos work fine when they are not speaking. Has anyone experienced this, and, if so, how did you fix it?

Our tech support people discovered that I had a 32-bit version of Zoom. When they upgrade to 64-bit, the problem disappeared.

This may be a bug in the specific version you are using. Latest version is 5.17.2 and I see no issue with this version.
