I send Zoom links through Outlook on my MacBook Pro. When I go to the calendar to start the meeting, sometimes there is a "join meeting" button which makes it easy to join. But other times the join button is not there and I have to copy and paste the link to start the meeting. I cannot figure out why there is not always a join meeting button.

Windows crash

My Windows 10 VDI (RDP) gets disconnected once I connect the zoom meeting and resumes the RDP once the zoom meeting is ended.I have checked the logs and bandwidth gets dropped on after joining zoom whereas the console of the machine is working fine. ... Show more

My Windows 10 VDI (RDP) gets disconnected once I connect the zoom meeting and resumes the RDP once the zoom meeting is ended.

I have checked the logs and bandwidth gets dropped on after joining zoom whereas the console of the machine is working fine. There is only disconnection over RDP.

No issues with other meeting apps like Teams, Webex.

Attaching event logs at the time of RDP disconnection.

Hi Im a photographer and use zoom to show clients images remotely.

 

I have always run a slideshow with music through my sales program preselect, for the last month it won't run. It sticks starting slideshow.

 

I have tried from different locations incase it was my internet speed.

 

The slide show will run through on my screen but not the shared screen.

Can not see the translated Captions on Youtube.

I managed to see the English and the translated Captions on the Zoom screen, but only the English on the YouTube Live Streaming. I tried all options, different language but that never worked.

Any idea?

Meeting invite visible before sending

My System time was 3:55 PM IST and i was scheduling meeting for 4 PM IST with my teammates. And i forgot to send that meeting, but suddenly i received email saying my team member joined the meeting at 4 PM IST which is still in draft. (I didn't send)... Show more

My System time was 3:55 PM IST and i was scheduling meeting for 4 PM IST with my teammates. And i forgot to send that meeting, but suddenly i received email saying my team member joined the meeting at 4 PM IST which is still in draft. (I didn't send).

when i checked his Zoom meetings and found my draft meeting was showing in his Zoom meetings and he is getting Zoom Pop-up for joining the meeting.

 

Is this Bug ?

 

Zoom Version : 5.15.7 (20303)

Windows OS : Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise (Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044)

Can't not add contacts to team chats

Hi, When I added my contact to a team chat, it said the users were not allowed to join the channel, and none of them received any notifications or emails for confirmation. It happened in these two days with different people, but it used to work fine ... Show more

When I added my contact to a team chat, it said the users were not allowed to join the channel, and none of them received any notifications or emails for confirmation.

 

It happened in these two days with different people, but it used to work fine without sending any invitations a month ago.

 

I have tried to create a team chat on the Zoom desktop version and the mobile version, but they didn't work either.

 

My friend tried to add the other contact and me instead, but still the same issue.

Very unique, desktop support is not able to figure out why, i thought I would reach out here.

 

Simple-

You invite me for a zoom meeting(you are the host), I am able to join your meeting with Computer Audio.

 

I invite someone else for a zoom meeting(I am the host), neither me nor the participants are able to join with Computer Audio.

 

So this is not a audio device problem, recall, i am able to join someone else's meeting with computer audio. this just happens only with my meetings.

 

Appreciate your helpful thoughts.

No longer can join 2 meetings at the same time

Up until recently, I could sign into the same meeting with two devices. Zoom support says “

Last Updated: March 28, 2023

You can be signed in to Zoom on one computer, one tablet, and one phone at a time. If you sign into an additional device while logged into another device of the same type, you will be logged out automatically on the first device. ”

 

But, as of today, when I look at my iPad, I get this message: “In Progress <zoom name>: Switch,” can I can no longer join the same meeting on my iPad and iPhone. And if I click on a zoom link for the meeting on my iPad while connected on my iPhone, then I am switched, instead of joining on two devices.

 

Did this change recently? Is Zoom support incorrect? Can this be fixed?

Hi, my share Ipad via screen mirroring in zoom mettings doesn't work anymore for some reason. I can't find anything in my Ipad's screen mirroring tab. My PC has a cable internet connection and my Ipad is on my home wifi.

Did it happened to others? Anyone knows how to solve it? I tried many tutorials on Youtube but nothing helped.
