My meeting had a zoom bomber today. I checked the attendance report and I don't see anyone I don't know except one. Imagine the meeting was from 8:00 to 9:00. There's a person I don't know who appeared 8:18 and left 8:20. What's interesting is that they are at the end of the report even though the meeting went to well after 9:00. Are they at the bottom because they were removed?

Hi There, I wondered if anyone could help - I recorded a zoom meeting which lasted around 30mins which involved me sharing my screen. The audio and video are fine for the first 13mins but then the video suddenly freezes but the audio continues. The video then comes back at the last 5 mins when I ended sharing my screen. Can anyone help me try and work out how to fix the video from being frozen? Thanks so much

My laptop runs smoothly but during Zoom meetings, when sharing my screen, sites like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and OneDrive Excel sheets load very slowly. I have already attempted network adaptor switching to a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection and reinstalling Zoom, but haven't seen significant improvements. My laptop is an HP AMD Ryzen 3 with 8GB RAM and a 1TB hard drive and 2.6 ghz processor. My wifi speed is 200mbps What should I do?

I use 2 Tenveo USB conference cameras on a usb hub connected to a laptop. at a monthly meeting, to connect those who cannot attend in person to the meeting. One camera is used for the committee and the other and the other for our visiting speaker. The laptop also carries audio from the sound desk and connects through a wired network in the building. This laptop is also connected via HDMI to a projector in the hall. It does nothing else and is not the host. It is logged in as a participant called camera control. This is normally spotlighted so that it is the main picture going out to zoom and is also put up on screen in the hall, whichever camera we have switched We start the meeting on Camera 1 (committee business) then switch to Camera 2 when the speaker has been introduced at the end of the speakers presentation we switch back to Cmaera 1 for the committee again. Up until 2 months agio this worked well. At the last 2 meetings I found that switching back to camera 1 after we had switched to Camera 2 gives a black screen (it appears to be connected ) and we have to disconnect that camera and reconnect to get it back. Using Windows 10 no changes made to the system I would be grateful if anyone has any ideas as to how we can get back to it working again Regards Frank P.S. tried switching cameras via drop down box and using control + n makes no difference

Hi, I have a question about how to set up my organization’s zoom for our particular needs. We have a 3 hour meeting with 10 breakout rooms and participants switching from room to room each hour. There are 10 people in my organization who I would like to be able to manage all of those breakout rooms, see who is in each of the rooms, and move participants from breakout room to breakout room when necessary. If possible, I would like for those people to also have the ability to record in the breakout rooms and be able to share their screens. This is a recurring meeting and the breakout rooms would be the same each time as well. What would be the best setup for this scenario?

Can I use a powerpoint presentation as a teleprompter but that other particpants dont see the slides? How?
I regularly use my laptop's integrated video camera in GoToMeeting and it works just fine. Zoom, however, will not show any video. I have downloaded the latest version, I have checked my privacy settings which show that Zoom has access to my camera. I have rebooted my laptop since installation of zoom. The camera light shows "on" on the laptop when I start a meeting, but nothing shows in the preview or to people on the call with me.

When I start a New Meeting, I'm automatically muted. I don't know why Zoom would do that? Is there a setting I can change?
Hello, We use Citrix Virtual Apps in published offices (Windows 2016) and client workstations in Windows 10. I would like to know how I can automatically update the Citrix Zoom plugin present on my client workstations (ZoomCitrixHDXMediaPlugin) and also update the VDI client on my servers (zoominstaller) thanks for help
