Is it possible to Open Zoom From an external button in other web Application?

Hi,

I'd like to know if it's possible, since zoom is very popular nowadays and almost everybody has zoom, so I need to now if it's possible to open zoom to chat with a zoom-registerd user from a another web application ( developed in .Net for example).
