After a recent computer update, Zoom no longer automatically detects when I've plugged in my headset. When I'm home I take Zoom calls without my headset, and in the office I use it. In the past, Zoom would automatically switch to playing/recording sound from the external headset when I plugged it in. Now, it will continue playing sound of out my speakers and pick up sound from the internal mic after I plug in my headset. I have to manually switch the audio settings. Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix?

Is Zoom planning on updating Zoom PWA to have all of the standard features and functions that zoom has for other OS? I have a Chromebook and the PWA app has caused a lot of problems, mainly losing audio when joining breakout rooms and needing to exit and rejoin in order for it to work again. Also, not having the beauty/enhance filters available, is frustrating as well.

I would like to make a kind request to Zoom Company to make the Arabic Language Translation (اللغة العربية) available on Zoom. Many Native Arabs use Zoom to deliver their lectures and host their online conferences. And unfortunately, they do struggle ALOT in utilising zoom appropriately due to langue barrier. This will be a great opportunity for zoom to expand as this will attract many users to utilise this platform more safely and conveniently. Please do consider my request and I promise you, you will NOT regret it. Kind Regards
(Those users often rely on very small number of individuals to teach them how to open the zoom , mute/unmute participants during meetings and download recordings from the Cloud).

Hello, Our organization provides our users with various training via Zoom recurring meetings with registration required. We offer training in various intervals: once, twice, or three times a week. Here are my questions/issues: Based on the information above, I would like to know how other users/Zoom admins best resolve this issue. Thank you so much.

Hi everyone, I'm on a ASUS Republic of Gamers laptop, running Windows 10 Home, version 22H2; Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz. I've started trying to record a weekly podcast over zoom using (2) wireless lavalier microphones, one for me and one for my guest. Each episode runs about an hour and a few minutes long. After a few attempts, I've gotten the same issue: crackling audio on one of the microphones. In testing before recording, the audio is fine, but after everything is recorded and the file renders down to audio and video components, one microphone is garbled and muffled while the other is fine. Any insight or tips on how to fix this, so I don't keep wasting time in the future recording episodes of things I can't use? I've currently got my settings on "Zoom Background Noise Removal", should I try "personalized audio isolation"? HELP!!

Zoom has started downloading Outlook every time I start a new meeting. I get a popup every time and have to click NO to sharing confidential information with Microsoft 3 times, and then I have to quit Outlook. I never installed Outlook. I have never had Outlook. I don't want Outlook. I have deleted Outlook repeatedly after Zoom re-installed it but Zoom keeps installing it on my computer. Is there any way to stop Zoom from doing this?

Hi everyone, I recently started hosting zoom meetings for teaching songwriting classes. I use calendly to schedule my meetings and I just bought zoom pro. Every time I press "start meeting" on my zoom meeting, it says "waiting for host to start meeting" and my client emails me saying that they have been waiting for ME to start meeting. It says I'm the host, but it never actually allows me to start the meeting. I've double checked that I'm using the correct account and I am. Can someone help me troubleshoot this? I always end up having to start new meetings and copy the invite link, but I waste at least 10 minutes at the beginning of each meeting.
