Resolved! Upgrade to Paid Account not working
I upgraded to a paid Zoom account on Jan. 11 and payment was accepted. My scheduling still shows a 30-minute limit and tells me to upgrade, even though I have signed out and signed back in.

Good morning, We would like to run two different meetings simultaneously with the same host. We try to explain more precisely our issues and needs: as organizators we have to schedule two different and separated meetings; each one will be attended by one or max two dozens of different partecipants: among them, nobody needs to take part in both meeting simultaneously; just one person, identified as host (or co-host), e. g. the lecturer, has to be present and act simultaneously in both meetings, possibly with same audio/video output. Our current plan is "Pro" but we can consider ungrade to Business or more, if our needs can be satisfied. Is this possible to do what is described above? Many thanks for your help. Have a nice day.

I need some help. I am a first time Chromebook user and have installed the zoom PWA as it seems my only option. There seems to be no way for me to set meeting setting like mirror my image and have it saved for every meeting like it does on my phone and PC. It also is not saving any of the meeting IDs I have used and so I am having to enter those IDs every single time. It's a real pain. Is there a solution? Help is appreciated. Eric

About a year and a half ago zoom published an article saying that hosts in Ukraine on free accounts can use Zoom to host meetings without the 40-minute limit. Is it still relevant now?
I have paid to the zoom this January 23. But there is still having 40 minutes cut. how to fix it.
I am sharing mp4 files via the advanced video sharing option. Works fine with all the videos I download from YouTube. When users provide me with an mp4 from their own sources these files play fine outside of Zoom so I assumed they would be OK in Zoom as shared videos. However occasionally these files fail to share in Zoom with a "Bad format" message. Any idea why?

Hi
Webinar option not displayed in Navigation menu. I am able to see only meetings.
i have to schedule a webinar with recording itself on specific time every day
how can I do it, can you please share steps
After many years of using it, suddenly my virtual background function does not work any more! Zoom is not willing to help me, so I hope someone here can please:-). Thanks in advance. I have enabled the virtual background in my account setup. When I go to preferences (am using Macbook, all updated and latest version of Zoom) and want to enable the virtual background, nothing happens, when I tick the 'green screen' icon (I have one) nothing happens, and when I upload an image to be used as virtual background and click it, nothing happens and it will just automatically disappear again! You can watch this brief Loom video to see the exact issue. Thank you. https://www.loom.com/share/df3b76e1c10b4066bc258e7f93f12a9c

Presently, Zoom has a dropdown of 15-minute increments of meeting duration starting at 15 minutes (15, 30 and 45).
Can you guys please also have options of 20-minute increments, like 20 and 40?
I have meetings that I set at 20, and it's a pain that I cannot set my duration at 20 minutes.
Thank you!

At present, when in the Windows Zoom program and on the Schedule Meeting screen, the default is that the meeting DURATION is set to [1 hour] [0 minute] (sic). See attached. Is there any way to change this from [1 hour] [0 minute] to [0 hours] [30 minutes]? I know that I can change the setting for a meeting, but having to do so for every meeting that I schedule is an inconvenience that surely can be made avoidable with an option to set/change defaults.
