Hello
quite some time my meeting duration takes more time than planed and I´m searching a way to pause the meeting for a 15min. coffee bracke. I know that there is the option on security where you can "stop" the meeting to report something to zoom but I search a way where I do not have to block the whole session and enable all features back again...
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hey @Calvo you could achieve this by disabling what participants can do in the Security Settings; you can individually uncheck to prevent participants from doing anything during your Coffee Break. Having said that, if you've already started using Zoom Apps, you can leverage Using the Zoom Timer App in-meeting to display a timer for all participants while you're on break.

Hi
thanks for your reply!
That's what I'm doing now but I thought theres maybe an easier way to do that.
I think off having a Pause button where you can display some additional information with some music during the brea;)
I would like to do a feature request but Zoom has not created this possibility, other than use the feedback page..
Thanks again
