Hi there, I had a reoccurring meeting which I have cancelled, however, my client says that it's still in their diary.

This is creating confusion and I'd like to insure it's deleted for all parties. The reoccurring meeting has been cancelled now for over two weeks so I can't access its settings to see what's going on. How can I ensure that it gets deleted from everyone's personal calendars?

Thanks, Gabriella

I believe that I read something awhile back about HP's using a Bang & Olufsen noise cancelling software. Can you please advise on how to possibly obtain better audio for music? Thanks,

Also, is it possible to both record in gallery and hide myself from my own view? just to clarify-- I'd like viewers of the recording to see me. Thanks.

Hi, my desktop Outlook does not have the Zoom add in installed, nor is a Zoom integration configured for me or our company (I am the site admin). Nonetheless, incoming meeting invitations that I have accepted in Outlook are appearing in my Zoom desktop client. They do not appear in my Zoom account on the Web. I do not want these meetings appearing in my Zoom client.

I have confirmed that:

no Zoom add-in or plug in is installed in my desktop Outlook or computer

no O365 integration is active for my Zoom account or company-wide account (i.e. there is nothing under Others, Calendar and Contacts Integration)

Zoom is not listed in my O365 account as an app that has any permissions to my O365 account

Where else can I look? I do not want any link between my Outlook and Zoom.

Unable to receive ZOOM verification code from email, afraid account may have been hacked

This question concerns my Toastmasters club account. Neither my president not I can log in to the account without the system asking for a 6-digit verification code (no one in our club set this up). My president's club email forwards to his gmail, which is working (tested) but not receiving the code. Frustrated with the circular bot "help", I called Sales last night and explained rather impatiently that neither my president nor I could log in, nor was my president receiving an email from "***********" with the 6-digit verification code. She (Christine) asked me if I knew the domain name that appeared to be associated with the account, "impatiently Domain Friends", "nttfriends", something like that - I said no. She said she would escalate my case and asked for my email as well as repeating the email of my club president so I would receive the case information; so far I have seen nothing in my email, and neither has my club president.

Our club pays a monthly fee to use ZOOM but so far I am not impressed by the support system for our club. The chat bot goes in a circle - you can't get to an agent or human w/o verifying, but, when you can't get the verification code to log in it becomes a nightmare.

Can anyone help my club, please? Privately, I can only provide the 10-digit PMI and my president's email address; we don't know our host key.

Thank you!

Hello,

I have a meeting scheduled with 500 participants, and all seats are already booked. I'm concerned about the possibility of participants sharing the Zoom link and passcode, which could allow unauthorized users to join.

To prevent this, I have already set up a passcode for the meeting and enabled the waiting room feature. Participants will have 15 minutes to join the meeting.

Now, my main question is: How can I effectively manage nearly 500 participants within this 15-minute window? I need to quickly verify if each user is on the approved list. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

In my office or working from home, I usually work with my laptop connected to an external monitor and use the dual monitor mode. From time to time, I need to connect to a meeting with several other people on-site, so I connect the laptop to the bigger screen in a meeting room. On these occasions, the dual screen mode is not suitable, obviously.

However, if I did not recall entering the settings screen and unchecking dual monitors mode before connecting to the meeting, the only possibility I found is to leave the meeting, uncheck it, and reenter, as this option does not affect the active meeting.

Is there an option to turn off dual monitors for the active meeting that I missed?

Using Zoom version: 5.13.11 (13434) on Windows 10.

Thanks
