Hi all. I'm having the weirdest time with Zoom lately. If I'm the organizer of a meeting, aren't I automatically the "host"?
For several months, but only about 30% of the time, when I'm the one to organize a Zoom, and invite others, I see a notification, "Waiting for the host to sign in." MOST of the time, there's no place for me to sign in. Recently, and only once, was there a link for me to sign in.

I have purchased and used 10 pro licenses, but since yesterday I have not been able to add users. User Type : Licensed Zoom One Business(6available) This is the text I see in the User Add menu You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit.

I have a recurring meeting scheduled until the end of 2023 that requires registration for each bi weekly session. If I have people registered for the sessions from now until the end of 2023, but I extend the end date into 2024 will those who are already registered in 2023 be deleted?

How can the host see who is in the waiting room hen their screen is shared?
Hello, today, when trying to connect to the conference, the Zoom Meetings client simply did not start. Because of this, I missed the training session! At the same time, no errors appeared on the screen. In the Windows Task Manager, Zoom-related processes simply don't appear! Operating system - Windows 10, Zoom version - 5.16.5 (24296) (64 bits). HELP!!!

How do you direct screen share from a Windows laptop to a DTEN 55” in the same room using the zoom app if you don’t have an account on the Windows laptop? Both the laptop and DTEN are on the same network. Direct sharing is set to host only on the account. The account host is connected to the meeting. I know how to do it on from a MacBook laptop using the zoom app by selecting Share Screen from the zoom menu. I don’t see that option on the Windows laptop.

Hello Zoomers - We have Zoom Meetings Archiving enabled. In the dashboard, I can see it archived the meetings but I cannot find a place within Zoom to view the contents of the archived files (mp3, mp4, vtt, etc). I am an Admin with full permissions to access anything in our account. I know these files are accessible via the Archive API but I want to view them on Zoom directly before developing apps to make the APIs calls necessary to retrieve these meetings. Our archive retention period is set to 30 days so this should be possible. Is there an Archived Meetings page I am just not finding somewhere?

How the users from outside of my organization could see the chat history from previous meetings? Is it possible to activate this feature in my account settings (with license) ?
