no e-mail to reset password arriving
Hello Supposedly my account may have been compromised, but the mail to reset the account does not arrive at my address. The instructions here: Thank you and best regards

do not help, there is nothing in the spam. I have an event starting tomorrow for the whole weekend with this account and now I can't log in, I'm hosting this event and so there is some commotion here right now. The problem has been going on since this morning, so I've been waiting since about 10:00 for the mails, which I've requested several times in the meantime and also via the password reset function. Nothing is blocked at gmx.net or is automatically blocked there, I checked that this afternoon.
I depend on a working account twice a year and it would be really very good now if we could solve the problem.
